The team at Larson Dodge river road in Puyallup can be summed up in one word (WOW) This team is the best! My first experience was with Lee, he found exactly what i was looking for still at the railway and picked it up right away. I came in the next day to make my purchase. I was met by Cameron on the lot and he played the game of ....ok we are locating your car. They had me going for a good hour of thinking my car is not on the lot. All of a sudden Cameron said ok follow me I want to show you something. Low and behold there was my car pulled right out of the garage. They were hiding it from me! I was so excited to see my dream car. It still needed to go through inspection so I couldnt drive it away that day. We finished up the paperwork and Johannes took over and finished up with me that night and met me with excitement the next day when I was able to get it all paid for. He made a great video that still has my friends and family laughing. These guys are The BEST! They made my experience the better than what I thought. I will be coming back to upgrade in the future!

Had the pleasure of working with cole mulnix through internet sales. Cole took some of our issues and turned them into stepping stones to a great deal . Cole is the EPITOME of what customer service should be. As a business owner I would hope that all of my people were working like Cole does. From first text I sent the follow up texts - emails - and phone calls made this the best buying experience we have ever had. Cole got my wife the suv she wanted with all of the items we were looking for. Before you buy a car or truck I highly recommend you contact Cole and see what she can do for you. When we left Larsons my wife said this is he best deal we have ever gotten - This is our second car we have bought from them. Larson auto group is very lucky to have someone like Cole working for them. Cole needs to go to Sears and teach them what customer service is all about.

We came down to Larson after seeing a great deal on a 2011 Scion TC. Best Choice Ever! We just walked in with no appointment and were greeted as soon as we got out of our car. Johannes Kuiper was our sales professional. From the start he was awesome. Both my husband and I appreciate a good sense of humor and honesty which is very hard to find when buying a car. We told him what we wanted, what we could afford and he made it happen. Johannes walked us through the process and answered all of our questions. This has been the easiest most enjoyable car shopping experience to date. No stress. We will definitely be coming back to buy our cars through Johannes specifically. Its rare to find a sales person who is funny honest and gets the job done with no hold ups. I highly suggest you come to Larson and look for all your car needs here.

Buying experience was good, however the second I locked into my purchase their customer service went down the drain. Bad communication between their finance team and sales dpt almost caused them to overcharge me by $1,000. After which they told me that they "ran out" of trip permits so I had to drive home (4hrs) without any legal plates. Ive been in contact with them every week for about a month now as they still havent sent my title ( I own the car outright), always lying to me saying that they sent it, or theyre working on it, or just sending me to a voicemail. I absolutely do not recommend anyone working with this dealership...

Terrible experience with Yong and Bryan. I was interested in a 2008 Subaru Impreza and they ran my credit for a 2013 chevy Malibu and told me I would have to put $4500 cash down when my loan papers say $500. He at first didnt want to give me a copy of the information and said the bank wanted them to sell the car for $9000 but they couldnt do that and thats where the $4500 (down payment) would come into play... Very SHADY wouldnt recommend wasting your time here

Amazing people, I went in looking for a car because my truck is broke down and Kenny my car salesman found me the perfect car to fit my needs but is also something I enjoy driving. Their finance department is no differ, Im only nineteen, but they were extremely respectful and understanding, they were able to get me a great deal on my car a amazing interest ecpecially for my age, I would refer any one of my friends or family to them.

I came in thinking the car buying process was going to take up my whole day and be a burden, I was blown away at how pressure free the dealership was. I was greated by every staff member in there and the salesman that helped me was great. His name was Dominick, he answered all my questions and got me a awesome deal on my new truck. My wife and I visited Larson Motors to shop for a new Jeep. The salesman listened to us describe what we wanted in the new car. He showed us a couple of vehicles and after collecting feedback on the first two, found an excellent fit for our situation. He quoted a price for a 16 Grand Cherokee Limited (17k mi) that was nearly identical to a quote from the previous dealership for a 12 of the same model (100k mi).

First off I will start with saying the cars here are in great shape, you wont find crummy used cars here with slimy sales people! Second, Johannes is the sales person you want to work with! He greeted us with the biggest smile and I swear he didnt stop smiling the whole time we were there. By far the best sales person I have met. You will love him and the cars they sell!

I asked them for photos of a vehicle I was interested in. They sent me a message telling they would send them right over. Checked in every day for a few days and still no photos. I called in to ask and no one wanted to help, I needed to go with the guy that I spoke to the first time, well he doesnt respond. So I guess Ill take my business elsewhere.

We had the BEST experience weve ever had with a car dealership... turned in all our information on Wed night before they closed and came the next night at 6 pm and walked away with a car. They made it so easy and quick..I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting your car here.. and they will make anything happen....
