First of all, Frank & Larry! You guys are GREAT! Im not a BOT, Im human, just an FYI. Anyway, I came by the dealership with my fiancé and my 2-year old daughter a few weeks ago and my experience was surprisingly good. Ive worked in the automotive industry, mainly in the Creative and Marketing side of Sales, both used and new dealerships, for about 5 years, so I know what the salesmen approach is usually like. I didnt feel intimidated at all, very straight-forward and they treated us as if we were family. Frank took copies of our licenses, insurance card, and gave us the keys to both vehicles we were looking in to purchasing. Its nice to test drive a car without having the salesman in the vehicle because it does get uncomfortable. Also, both vehicles had a quarter tank of gas so we didnt have to worry driving on E, worrying if we would get stuck. Lol. Youd be surprised that many dealerships forget to check if their vehicles have gas. Just saying. It was a super duper hot day and thankfully theyre equipped with loads of cold bottled water and air conditioning. My daughter enjoyed their company, their diecast collections and toy cars. Im glad she was super entertained throughout the day. We finally made a wise decision to purchase the 1993 GMC Yukon, two-door truck with 166k miles, aftermarket sunroof, and super surprised that everything WORKS, including A/C, rear wipers, etc. The truck was fairly priced. Frank provided a car fax at no problem. Super rare find for the both of us and we couldnt be any happier with our decision. The best option on the Yukon is that it is a 5-speed manual. Super fun to drive! Cant wait to do more with the truck! Anyway, I may have said a lot, but Im glad I had a great experience. No BS, just positive results. Why dont you give them a try?

Dont go here... First of all the old guy was very rude on the phone, and in person. He failed to tell me that their new location is in Edmonds at 224th St and Highway 99, not in Lynwood where they are located on Google and their own website. So I would call and ask for their address because their address needs to be updated on the internet. They had the car that I wanted but it had a few issues which is why they priced it a little lower than average but before I started making any decisions I wanted to check the car out and test drive it to see if I even really liked this car. The old guy asked me how Id be buying the car so I told him that Id be selling my current car then buying it. He gave me the key and told me that I can check it out but that I wont get to drive it until they get my money... How would I even know if I wanted the car if I didnt know how it drove?? Ive never been to any dealership that wouldnt let somebody test drive their car as long as they have a drivers license and proof of insurance. I was checking out the car and had about 15 minutes until their closing time and he comes up and rudely tells me to get out, close the sunroof, and lock the car up. The cars fob remote didnt even work, and was not in as good of condition as it was pictured. I wish that I knew the name of the old salesman but either way I would not recommend coming to this dealership.

My boyfriend, his family and I drove 3 hours to look at this truck. Ill give it to them, it was a nice looking truck. As soon as we walked in I felt like we were being judged. My boyfriend told them what he had for a down payment and if need be his parents were willing to co sign. Right away the guy said that we would be expecting super high payments IF he could get finances. With not super great credit and a new job the guy told him he was "run down". Now even with a co sign, and a 3,000 dollar down payment that we would be better off to find another bank to get a loan. This so called dealer who wore jeans and exposed his boxer shorts the whole time was NOT wanting to make a sale. After being talked to like we are kids and have no idea what we were doing, he offered to let us take the truck for a test drive. Getting in and not being able to adjust the seat was the least of the our problems. After trying to adjust the mirror, an electrical fire started. Apparently there was an electrical shortage that started a fire, where he then solved the problem with dumping a water bottle down the door of the truck. After having the worst service I have ever received, and having one of their rigs start fire while we were test driving, I will never shop there again, and would NOT recommend it to my worst enemy.

I bought a Chevy Camaro z28 from them and they said that the car was in great condition and on the surface it appeared that it was. That was my first car that I have ever bought and I could tell that the salesman knew that and saw me as easy prey. I bought the vehicle after a few hours of them being pushy and the next day the car overheated because of a blown head gasket while I was driving to work. I got stranded on the freeway and couldnt make it in. I called West Coast Autoworks and they were ABSOLUTELY no help at all! In fact, the salesman even said that maybe I caused the head gaskets to explode on purpose because "I didnt want the car" (which is not true because I DID want the car). I was making payments on the car for almost 2 YEARS! and in those 2 years the car NEVER worked because it was too expensive to fix and I was working a minimum wage job. I gave them all the money I saved up for a down payment and they sold me a broken car that did not run. WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER!! Never buy here if you value your time, credit and money!

Wish there was a negative star but one will have to do. Had a buddy 6 hours away find a truck they were selling. Drive over checked the truck out 3 times for him. On the second visit I was told if my buddy bought the truck I would receive a referral fee. Dollar amount isnt important. Front tires were cupped and worn below wasdot legal limits. Full emission delete and tuned. It ran good so he bought it. Well I let a few weeks go by and no call to come get my referral fee. While there a customer came in over improper plates and registration on a car they bought that they almost went to jail over. This went on for over 39 minutes as the paperwork was being done for my buddys truck. So the salesman that wrote my info down and called me twice is no longer there and the person I spoke with today mysteriously can not find any info on it. I have bought and sold many vehicles to and from dealers and this one takes the cake. BUYERS BEWARE.

Just awful. Went on two different occasion with my fiancé, the first car we looked at an Infiniti G35 was covered in mold, let me tell you test driving a car while the whole time your sitting in the seat, knowing you are sitting in mold, and it all over the seatbelt, just ew. I understand that this happens when you go and get the carpets of the car shampooed but, if you take the time to take care of the cars on your lot, and dont leave wet cardboard in the trunk, it probably wouldnt happen. The second time we came to look at a Mitsubishi Evo, the sales rep started out by calling us "kids" and then barely answering any of our questions. Just one of my biggest pet peeves is when I am not taken seriously. My fiancé is a mechanic and cars is what we do, maybe they were having a bad day, I dont know, but that was the worst customer service I have dealt with in a long time.
