We recently bought a Mini Cooper 2005 from Alex for my son and we have been all through multiple dealerships all across Seattle and Tacoma but it really worked out with Alex, Car is clean couple of problems we discovered during our test drive were fixed right away. I found Alex to be very trustworthy and fourth coming he shared car fax with us right away also disclosed everything he had done to the car which was verified.. I recommend any one looking for a used auto to visit them .. Price was just right we didnt negotiate for hours just 10 minutes to work out the details and close the deal.. Also his mechanic was able to fix my other BMW noise problem in few minutes which has been around for a while without correct diagnostics and I had to force him to take the money as a gift.. Overall we had excellent experience and I highly recommend ALL STAR AUTO KIRKLAND for all your used and off lease auto deals.. Also they have excellent detail shop .. I was in search of a cummuter car and found an awesome one with all star auto sales. They were closed when I had called but luckily they stuck around for me to come check out the car. I checked out their Acura TL and instantly feel in love!! Ran great, clean inside and out, good mileage, receipts for current maintenance that was done, new tint, new tires, and fresh clear coat. The car was very well taken care of and we got it for a steal!! Not only that they had gone above and beyond to offer us even more goodies for the car after I had purchased it. Excellent customer service, they will not disappoint and are not pushy like other car lots. I highly recommend doing business with them and will consider buying another vehicle with them in the future!! Thanks guys, you are awesome!!

Buying at All Star is exactly the way buying a car should be. No drama, no pressure, and no creepy negotiation rooms. My car was priced well to start with and All Star came back with a couple different ways to make the final numbers work. I have dealt with a couple different specialty car dealers and they arent nearly as straight-up, responsive, and helpful as All Star is. Loving my BMW!
