When it was time to buy a new car, I was excited. The car I had was over 10 years old and I was really looking forward to driving something new. But that excitement quickly turned to dread as I recalled my past two car shopping experiences. Its the typical story: Walking onto a dealership lot, being hassled by a pushy salesperson whose only goal is to sell you a car and earn their commission, and then spending 8+ hours trying to close the deal. To avoid that nightmare again, I used an online car buying service, which allowed me to prenegotiate the price online before I set foot on the lot. This lead me to Autocom Nissan and Sami Wadood. Samis goal was to find me that "my car". That was not an easy feat because it was a Arctic Blue Nissan Rogue AWD SL with very specific features and accessories. The combination was rare and also very popular. After a week of communication via email, I met up with Sami for a test drive. Sami wanted me to fully test the car to ensure it offered everything I wanted. It did, but the "my car" was not available when it checked the night before. But then he checked the inventory again and found it at one of the sister dealerships. He contacted them immediately and held the car for me. We got the price confirmed and signed all the paperwork. The whole process took a little over an hour. "My car" was transferred to Autocom a couple of days later. Since there were some additional accessories that needed to be installed, it took another day. But by Christmas Eve, "my car" was ready for pickup. Since I was coming from SF and had nobody to drop me off, I had to take BART. Sami remembered that I mentioned that during the test drive and he contacted me the morning of Christmas Eve to say he will pickup from the station. Im glad he did because it was a freezing cold and rainy that day. Once there, he spent an hour walking me through all the configurations of the car and customized the settings for me. And in a few short moments, I was driving across the San Mateo Bridge back home with "my car". A couple of days later, Sami reached out to check out how I was doing with my new car. Then an Autocom Nissan customer service representative followed up with me a week later to make sure everything is going okay. This has definitely the best car shopping experience Ive ever encountered and I highly recommend Autocom Nissan to my friends.

Highest recommendation and excellent service! Ann Gibbs went above and beyond her call of duty with me on the day I was buying my car there. (This review comes a bit late, as the events took place on April 10th. However, I still would like to put in my two cents here.) I was in an urgent need for another car after getting into an accident on the last day of March. I spoke with Ann Gibbs on the phone a couple of days before seeing her. She did some research for me right away online and found me a few cars whose prices were more closely matched with my tight budget. By the time I saw her on April 10th, there were a couple of cars on the lot for me to test drive. We quickly narrowed down to one choice, and the longest part was the completion of paperwork. I was exhausted and not as prepared for a car purchase as I should have been, but Ann went with me to the bank, waited in the car for at least 20 minutes. She waited with me while the paperwork was being worked on, and all the time, kept reassuring me that things are moving forward. I was there for a while, but I did leave the dealership with a car that suited my needs and budget. Throughout the whole process, Ann gave me the advice I needed, counseled me, and made sure that my needs were met. If it werent for Ann, I wouldnt have been able to find a car suitable for daily commute and personal use. Thank you so much, Ann, for your excellent service!

Excellent service. Leased a 2015 Nissan Leaf. Emailed multiple dealerships for quotes and Mike Strickland of the internet team was the ONLY one to answer all my questions clearly without trying to play games with me. Mike was upfront, very transparent, and very professional to work with. Despite asking for written quotes multiple times, NONE of the other dealerships answered my questions fully and instead kept trying to get me to come in and refused to provide a full written quote - frankly the tactics of the other dealerships were just gross. It was a no brainer to choose Autocom San Leandro. Nailed down a quote in writing before coming in. Worked with Mike Han and Tristan from the internet team once at the dealership and they were also very transparent, courteous, and answered all our questions. They checked in with me before the purchase (to notify me that the car was ready and detailed) and also after the purchase (to make sure everything was OK). Ive bought/leased four cars now in the past three years (Nissan, Honda, Toyota) and this was by far the best experience with a dealership. Very impressed and would highly recommend the Internet team at Autocom Nissan.

I went to few dealers to see if they would meet the price that I was looking for Nissan Rogue. None of them were willing to negotiate. I called Autocom Nissan East Bay and I got the quote within my price limit as some dealer discounts were added without me asking anything. The other dealer agreed to add that after I talked to them but I decided to continue with Autocom and got the deal done, it was smooth. Now, the post sale service department was even better. I had couple of issues with car (to check Antenna, some odor) that I wanted dealer to check it out. They arranged for pick & drop from my home and provided a loaner based on time that worked for me. This was simply awesome, I had to do nothing but call them and tell the issue and Alana from post sales department arranged everything for me. I am glad that I purchased the car from Autocom Nissan East bay, highly recommended.

The finance department is the worst. I got jobbed on my lease, and even had to come from Oakland to San Leandro not once but twice to re-sign the lease because they repeated completed the paperwork incorrectly and it was rejected by Nissan. The finance department was unapologetic. Now that Im trying to convert the lease to a purchase, I cannot get in touch with the department by email or phone. The service department is much better. I was a little testy with them because at an early visit they listed on the service paperwork that they had given me a complementary car wash at my request, but I didnt request a wash and the car was clearly not washed. Generally, they do good work. I didnt have any major problems, though. They recently changed owners and seem more concerned about their own internal organization (which is very bad) than about providing customer service continuity.

Danny was absolutely wonderful. The whole process was quick, efficient, and pleasant. I brought my parents with me to purchase my first car, and they were also pleasantly surprised with how smooth the whole interaction went. I really appreciate Dannys honest and professional demeanor, which greatly contributed to our customer satisfaction. Esko was also wonderful; he was straight-forward, honest, and in my fathers words, "gentle." We were all extremely grateful to have met with the gentlemen, as my parents have been working in the automobile collision business for many years and have had multiple interactions with dealerships. I am so thankful for my new Nissan Altima, but also so pleased with the customer service we received that day! Ask for Danny and Esko if youre thinking of purchasing a Nissan anywhere in the Bay Area!
