I purchased my second Toyota Prius in 2007, and after being jerked around by seven other dealerships in the Seattle region, most of whom said they flat-out werent willing to negotiate with me, I went to Doxon Toyota. It was late in the day, and the salesperson there came out and said, and I quote, "We all know how this song and dance works, so were just going to come right out with our best price." The amount he offered was EXACTLY what Id been hoping to negotiate down to with the other dealerships, so this was the most haggle-free experience Id ever had buying a car. I remember it well and am happy to recall it for this review. At the time, the dealership also had a referral program (refer a friend to buy a car from the same dealership, and you get $50). I did, and my friend also bought a Prius the following year. True to their word, Doxon sent me a $50 check a month or so later. Turns out I never cashed that check - my wife discovered it in my glove compartment recently, and of course the 90-day expiration period was long since gone. I called Doxon in the last week or so and asked if they could re-issue the check - seems theyve since dropped that referral program, but Stacey was very nice and did a lot of work on this, then texted me just a couple days ago to tell me a new check was on its way. Very nice of her. :) Finally, I want to mention the service department: A while back, one of my Priuss headlights started to fail - it would go out spontaneously and require me to turn the lights off and on again to get it to re-light. I took the car to a local shop that prided itself on working on Japanese cars, and they told me the entire headlight "ballast" would need to be replaced, as well as some parts in the rear-right suspension (they just "happened" to notice a leak back there) - the whole thing would cost around $3000. When I brought the Prius in to Doxons service department for a second opinion, they said that only the headlight needed replacing, there was no leak in the suspension, and none of the other things the other place mentioned had any problems. The headlamp and the labor to replace it were still quite pricey, but their prices were in line with the industry norm. (Pro tip: Xenon bulbs are expensive.) Each time Ive taken my Prius to Doxon, its been a good experience with fair prices and good turnaround times. I now have 160,000 miles on this car (and Im still on my first set of brakes!), and I will continue to use them for regular service as my commute allows. When it comes time to replace this car, I will definitely consider buying another Toyota from Doxon.

As first time buyers, I dont think our experience could have been any better! Leo Julio in sales and Justin Tomlinson in finance are your guys if you want a stress free visit. We arrived late on a rainy Friday night, and were met by Leo with umbrellas to keep us dry....great first impression! He continued to explain the differences between the models of the Camry and had us try out the ones in the showroom. We went out to the lot to get a better look at the model we were wanted. Leo was very patient (even in the pouring rain) and never made us feel rushed. We really just came in to look, but after sitting down and talking over some details with Leo we decided that things were going well enough that we wanted to go for it. Its awesome to work with someone that really loves their job. On the test drive he was explaining how he came to Toyota from a different car company, and is so happy to be here. That makes such a difference! When the time for financing came, I felt a bit worried and wondered what I was getting myself into. Completely necessary....Justin is a genuine guy! We really felt like we were talking with a friend by the time we left his office and are so thankful. He made sure to explain everything in simple terms and didnt make us feel uncomfortable, like we were being taken advantage of. A few days later he called us explaining the bank needed a few more things from us. We brought him the information and he was able to get it taken care of. Justin really goes above and beyond for his customers, and even got us better rates after talking with the bank! What more could you ask for from a first time buying experience? I LOVE our new 2016 Camry! I wouldnt hesitate to come back to these guys the next time we need a new car. Outstanding.

I highly recommend DOXON TOYOTA, especially their Service Manager Mr. Duane Weil, he is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Mr. Weil is the walking example of true professional that offers excellent customer service; I am another happy customer with another successful story!!! Recently, my “check engine”, “VSC” and “Tracking” indicator lights turn on again, I recalled they were on before while my Rav4 was still under warranty. At the time Doxon’s service department adjusted for me while I was there for my oil change. Since then those lights stayed off until recently, those lights lit up again. Now that my car is no longer covering by the manufacture warranty any more, I paid a ½ hour labor of $60.94 to just perform a diagnosis; the result was malfunction code P2197. Doxon restored for me again. However, the problem persisted after 3-1/2 mile driving. The advice was replacing sensor with an estimate of $346.48 + tax and labor….. I contacted Doxon Service Manager Mr. Duane Weil, he responded quickly and offered his professional advice and helpful options, and soon he ordered the part and got me scheduled within two days! Since my car is a very lightly used vehicle and just had its 30,000 miles service performed. Mr. Weil was able to help me take care of my car without burning a big hole in my wallet. That is what I call outstanding customer service!!! I have always enjoying visiting Doxon Toyota Auburn and their service department, because Doxon Toyota Auburn has giving me the feeling of “going home” and take care of whatever issues my car may have. I highly recommend DOXON TOYOTA Auburn, I highly recommend their service manager Mr. Duane Weil. bottom line Doxon Toyota is the BEST!!!

Dave at Doxon Toyota was great to work with at first, got the deal finished and found the car smelled like smoke after I drove around for a while after we bought it (we didnt notice it when taking it on the test drive) and they ozoned it, which I appreciated (even though Im a little worried that it will come back and then what am I to do...). The problem came after I spoke with him after that had been done about the fact that I was under the impression that the car would have full synthetic oil put in as he had been saying the entire time that the car only had to have the oil changed every 10,000 miles or 12 months, so when I get back to the dealership to have the ozone done I find that it had a synthetic blend put in by the service department (which is what they "always" do with the cars on their lot). He refused to have the dealership put in full synthetic and had quite an attitude with me while talking to me basically saying (paraphrasing here) "you already bought the car and now you come back and have all these demands". Maybe its just me, but I dont think its too much to ask that the car have full synthetic when their salesman is saying the car only has to have oil changed once a year (and is pushing for me to purchase the loaner vehicle vs the new one with the free oil changes for two years). All I can say is stay away from them, there are plenty of other dealerships to choose from go to one of them.
