Excellent service before, during, and after purchase. In early 2013 my wife and I bought a 2008 Prius Touring package for a great price. They clearly disclosed that it had been "totaled" and showed us the before pictures. I carefully checked it out myself and found a few minor issues (missing wheel skirt and lift point bent over) which they fixed. They additionally promised to fix anything that we found to be broken/wrong at time of purchase. Well, couple weeks later we realized we were high-beaming everyone all the time (low and high beams both turned on high beams). We dropped it off and they had their electrician look at it - fixed for no charge (related to front repairs). They also fixed a sticky back seat release (tactical percussive maintenance) and ordered+installed a rubber back hatch button - again for no charge. Weve loved this car with no issues for over a year now. I am also overall happier than I have been with any other dealer (after expensive+so so experience with 3 car and 1 motorcycle dealerships). Was the car perfect? No... but it was at least $3,000 cheaper than I could find this car anywhere else (not including touring package bonus). They were very upfront with disclosing damage and very quick to make final repairs not caught originally. Were Gary, Paul, and Vladimir honest and easy to work with - Yes... even when I asked for extra concessions and work for them to do before I would buy the car. Did they satisfy all my concerns and issues? YES... and I was a friendly but very thorough customer. (They even sent me the "before" pictures so I had a reference point. I could tell damage went up to the radiator but not into the frame.) Did they earn the trust of this skeptical customer that does a fair amount of DIY work around cars? YES. Would I buy another car from them? YES.

We drove up to the dealership on a Thursday afternoon and test drove a 2011 Blue Toyota Tacoma. We liked the vehicle but it had an issue with the steering and front right tire. We pointed this out to the manager, Paul, and he indicated he would have it fixed on either Friday [the following day] or Monday of the next week. I explained we wanted to get a buyers inspection on the vehicle with a mechanic we had used for nearly 20 years and he agreed but he first wanted to have the front right issue repaired. We agreed on a purchase price [which we would be paying cash - no financing] and I asked him if I needed to provide a cash/credit card deposit to hold the vehicle [once he had the issue repaired] and he said no. So we left and made arrangements to have buyers inspection on Tuesday morning. I emailed Paul on Sunday evening to check on status of repair to Truck [if completed or scheduled for Monday] and he emailed back on Monday mid-morning and indicated truck had been sold. As manager, I would have expected Paul to have advised his team regarding the commitment he had made to us on this truck. Apparently not. We will not consider purchasing any type of vehicle from this dealership in the future.

Positive experience overall. Ive had the car for a few weeks now. There were a couple small issues that they wouldnt likely have known about without driving it normally, and they were easy and inexpensive fixes. I did mention the brake rotors needed turning after the test drive, and I was assured it would be checked out. When I picked up the car I was told the pads were at 60% and didnt need replacing. I didnt point out thats not really the problem I noticed, but I let it go since it wasnt a huge deal and they werent bad yet. I do wish now that Id insisted. I also noticed at pick up (and not during that test drive) that the head rests were missing from the rear seats. He promised hed have those for me when I go to pick of the plates for it. It was my fault for not noticing, but Id love to see them come through on that. There were a couple deep scratches that I worried could turn into rust spots. They did a fantastic job fixing those for me. Overall, it was a positive experience and Id recommend them. It runs great and looks great. Just make quite clear any concerns you have.

I bought a 2012 Outback in 2013. I was completely aware that it was a rebuilt title and knew that things werent going to be top quality. I got a great deal and had no big qualms until the car was in an accident in 2016. My husband was driving and the car in front of him slammed on his brakes. The car was totaled with severe front damage. Problem was that the air bags didnt deploy.. turns out Seattle Auto Brokers didnt bother replacing this very important feature after its first accident in 2012. The small things wrong with the car didnt bother me, I knew what I was getting into with a salvage title. But the owner promised me that the car was safe and sound, it was not. I am grateful that we didnt discover this during a more serious accident.

I believe they specialize in Rebuilt Titles (not all their cars, but a lot of them). If you understand the risks (no resale value and potential mechanical issues) then its not a bad thing. They were upfront about that with the Element I was looking at. They happily gave me the Carfax, the State Report, and information on what they had done to fix it. They are probably legally required to do that, but they also didnt hesitate. In addition, they were very open to me taking the car to my trusted mechanic for a buyers inspection before purchasing. It checked out very well. No sales pressure, excellent service, and some great looking rides on the lot. Just do your research on the car. The people here are excellent.

My review has nothing really to do with the vehicles they sell (which are not very well fixed up) but the terrible customer relations the sales people have. Bought a vehicle that was throwing error codes with the headlights. Promised to fix no matter what even if that meant buying new lights. Tried just flash cars OS to make them go away but that caused a loss in functionality. After calling multiple times they finally agreed to try and fix the lights again. (3 months later) Failed to solve the problem but promised to order new lights after I pushed them to do it. They still have yet to do that and never return calls. Once car is sold, they will no longer work with you. Be warned.

No professional machine to even do alignment. Didnt mention anything abt rebuilt title until my friend and I found out by ourselves. No photos for the car in the accident. After getting the car for few weeks, the error signal from the airbag showed up and they cant help solving at all. Even though on Carfax it didnt show the airbag has been used or not, but theres definitely something wrong and they r just trying avoid the problem. Good job. 10/23/2016 the tire pressure light turned on as well, there are no problem after tire pressure been check, probably some problem with the tire sensor as well :)

I love Subarus, and as my older Outback had over 200k miles and had major oil leaks, I decided to buy a newer low miles Subaru. Went online and found few late model Foresters and Outbacks Seattle Auto Broker had for sale on their lot. They were very fair with a trade-in value on my Outback paying kbb good condition for it. I purchased Subaru Forester from Seattle Auto Broker, and am very satisfied with it. The price was very good and the car is in very good condition. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
