Horrible customer service... did not inform me before buying something that they do not give refunds at all - they give store credit...they claim that is it on the receipt well good place to put it so after you buy it then you get to know what the return policy is... so I bought this three days ago and they wont let me return it nice holiday spirit this store has - sad that now I would rather shop at a big business then support small businesses after this experience... staff basically told me to deal with it and get out.. I hope no one shops there anymore not worth the aggravation of just getting store credit for more overpriced items.

My daughter, husband and myself have been frequent customers of Mykonos for the past three to four years. The past year the customer service has been terrible. The owner is so impersonal and recently my daughter was in to buy an alex and anni bracelet ... when my daughter asked to see the bracelet the young salesgirl ... dark hair, told her she was too busy to take it out of the glass counter to see and told her to look in the counter ... my daughter said no she wanted to buy it so then the girl said o.k. she would get it for her ... lousy customer service representative.

The jewelry is nice and I have spent plenty of money buying gifts for myself and others but the customer service is absolutely horrible. I brought in a watch to be replaced as it was under Brightons warranty and the salesperson was incredibly rude about having to help me despite my spending money there previously. Another time I came in to purchase Pandora charms and noticed a shelf laid out and when I attempted to look at them, the sales woman actually full out yelled at me. It was incredibly rude and I will not be shopping here again after so many bad experiences.

Mykonos Pandora is the largest Jewelry store in (493 Wilmington West Chester Pike Glen Mills, PA) the staff is very friendly and helpfully. I go there with my wife and we buy some product like Pandora 14k gold beads and Pandora Valentine’s Day bead. The service is perfect and the product quality is very good. Thanks Mykonos Pandora to make my wife happy. Highly recommend.

I Love Mykonos Pandora Jewelry store in Glen Mills, PA. I brought pandora animal jewelry and some pandora spring 2009 beads. They styles are very good and less expensive prices. Great Selection and awesome value. I higly recommend this jewelry store to everyone.

Mykonos is the go to place to by great gifts. They carry all the latest Alex and Ani and now Kendra Scott as well! The ladies couldnt be more helpful even with my 13 year old son when he does his gift shopping :)
