The Most Beautifully Designed Crucifix Cross EVER & THE Best Service in Jewelry!!! A quick background… in 2000 I purchased the most beautiful piece of jewelry I’ve ever lay eyes on and 3 years later (2003) it was stolen. I when without and refused to purchase just any other jewelry until I could find this specific designed jewelry. Could not believe my eyes after searching from mall to mall I was able to find and purchased it again in 2005. Sad to say that another 3 years later (2008) it was stolen again. Another 4 years went by and in late March of 2012 I started my search again and on April 13, 2012 with the help of Gold-N-Diamonds (located at 6188 Beltway Plaza, Greenbelt, MD 20770), and the lovely Sales lady Ms. Rasmi and the Manager Mr. Aziz, we were able to find and purchase the Most Beautifully Designed Crucifix Cross EVER. As you may have realized by now, I am very particular when it comes to this cross. When we finally find the cross from looking through every single catalog they had, Ms. Rasmi patiently stood there at the counter with me as I drill her with my hundreds of questions on the specifics of the cross size as in thickness, weight, the length, and the karat (10k or 14k). We spent hours in the store doing measurement from the catalogs, comparing pictures of the cross in the catalog to the ones in store. And every time I needed clarity of certain information, the Manager Mr. Aziz did not mind being interrupted from what he was doing to come to the counter to answer more of my questions. All of this time and effort given to me was done just to make me completely satisfy as a customer. And now that I have with me again this beautiful cross in hand (picture attached), I can truly appreciate and can’t say thanks you enough to Gold-N-Diamonds, Mr. Aziz the Manage, Ms. Rasmi the Sales lady, and all of their staff in the unlimited amount of in store hours, the search through ALL of their catalogs, the phone calls made to Headquarter, the fax of the jewelry image that was sent to the store within minutes, the consistency in the calls I got from Ms. Rasmi letting me know what was found from her research and when my order was ready for me to pick up. Hopefully I have seen the very last of my cross getting stolen, but if it happens again, I can say without a doubt that my searching days are over because I now know just where to find the Most Beautifully Designed Crucifix Cross EVER & THE Best Service in Jewelry... Gold-N-Diamonds (located at 6188 Beltway Plaza, Greenbelt, MD 20770). Next step is the chain to go with my cross. Don’t worry I won’t bore you with the specific except it is 24”, Solid Gold Rope Chain, 4mm, in 10k Yellow Gold . Uhh… that was the specific wasn’t it? Sorry : ). For my understanding and to make sure of the purchase I wanted to make, Mr. Aziz took the time on Saturday (April 28, 2012) to give me a well breakdown with calculation in the pricing of gold per gram. You know, because I wanted the chain to have a nice weight to it. Anyhow, after trying on different chain length and feeling comfortable of the criteria above, the lovely Ms. Rasmi placed my order, which will be here by Wednesday (May 2, 2012). Until than, I respect your business Gold-N-Diamonds in Greenbelt, MD and therefore I look forward to doing more business with you guys in the future.

The salesman in this store are quite shady and perhaps their product is too. I was casually looking for a nice diamond ring and decided to give a try to this place based on the reviews here but after shopping there I think they rig the system. Lot of google reviews seem to be written by them with different names under " anonymous google user" . So be careful! First of all, the store is located in a run down mall and there were so many red flags and I wish I wasnt in a hurry and paid attention more. Red flag #1 until we swiped our card and paid it, they told us that they have the diamond certificate right there with them and that their diamonds are all certified. But right after buying it, I asked him "ok where is my certificate" and to that the salesman says "oh we dont have the certificate here, I can take a picture of the ring and send it to our appraiser who works with us to certify it and he can add more dollar value to benefit you" Shocked, I asked "you mean this is not appraised, I mean how do I know if the appraiser is certified by GIA." At that point I am freaking out that I just got conned by these shady people and got a product that could very well be fake as there is no proof of knowing it. Then I asked what type of ct gold band it is and Veeno the salesman said this in his exact word "Ummm I am not sure but I think, I think it is 10ct or maybe 14 ct...no no yeah I think it is 10ct" My heart just dropped!!!! Please people dont buy from this place, say even if it was real the way the old salesman Veeno being decisive made me feel really uncomfortable. To top it off, he told me his wife sells fashionable exotic clothes that I might like to check out and that he would call me. Yep creepy as hell. When he did call me I went off and I am too scared to go back there and inquire about the certificate. Ladies and girls stay away from this place.

We were actually on our way to another jeweler to confirm the engagement ring I fell in love with when he suggested we stop by Gold N Diamonds. I can not begin to explain the superior service we received. I was already skeptical about him purchasing my diamond from any place other than a "name brand retail chain" so to tell you that my guards were up, would be an understatement. We explained to our Salesperson that we were actually there to compare what we thought would be our ring with what they had to offer. Without taking away any credit from the competing jeweler, Sam, the store manager, took his time to make certain that we understood the quality of diamond we were looking to purchase from him as well as the diamond were settled on purchasing from the competing jeweler. Needless to say, we returned to our original choice and true enough, Gold N Diamonds offered a near perfect/colorless diamond at the same size and near the same prices as my original choice. The purchasing process was another sweet experience. Sam and his staff went above and beyond to make certain that our purchasing process was convenient for our needs. Lastly, my ring had to be sent for setting. Prior to setting my center stone, Sam ordered multiple diamonds from various suppliers so that I was able to select the very best center stone. He sent me pictures after pictures. This has been the very best experience I have ever encountered. I would recommend this jewelry store to anyone!!

Their customer service is AWFUL (as my prossessional job is 100% customer service based, so I know a thing or two about excellent customer service.) I had purchased a $250 gold necklace from them and within one year the chain literally disinigrated into a million tiny pieces, disinigrated....?! I have never had a piece of nice jewelry fall apart that fast and into a crazy amount of pieces. I then went back in to get it replaced and they wanted to charge me another $250 to get a stronger, less attractive chain. I refused to pay for a whole new necklace when it was THEIR chain that broke twice within one year. I even was dealing with the eldest manager (I believe), and he was not working with me AT ALL. He then asked me what I would like to do and he still didnt try and work with me on replacing their broken chain. Now off to take the diamond to get sauntered at a real, professional jeweler now. Be cautious before go here. Their products are defective and unreliable.
