I have used this jeweler for over 13 years. In my opinion he is one of the best master jewelers I have come across. he is friendly and professional and always puts the customer first. I am writing this review because after years of using this store I am still amazed at the quality of work and service I receive. I just brought in my engagement ring in to get fixed because another jeweler told me that four prongs were broken and gave me a huge repair price. I wanted another estimate and trusted crown jewelers. Crown jewelers told that only two were broken and gave me a price half of the other jeweler. I picked up my ring and was assured that everything is fixed!!! I , now, live over an hour away and I will still travel to use them!!!!

We bought a yellow gold cross, and it was coated with red gold by the store. The next day it darkened, and we asked for it to be re-coated, however it darkened again immediately after I wore it. We also bought a gold chain which began to flake and break after I wore it just 2 times. The jeweler refused to give us a refund and didnt give us a receipt when we originally purchased the chain. He was very rude and said that he would only give$30 for the chain for which we initially paid $350.

Wow!! I highly recommend it. I worked with Jay(master jeweler, his store got awards for 2 years in a row!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)he was quick to respond and very knowlegble. Complete satisfaction with my purchases is the best description. Professional with a personal touch, and reasonable prices, what could be better? THANK YOU!!!!!!

bait and switch- quoted one price for rhodium dipping on the phone, 10 minutes later in the store the price turns into a negotiation at 5x the price. dont waste your time.
