Disappointed and insulted are the only words I can use to describe our experience with this establishment. The final nail in the coffin came when we went to complain to the manager that after a month and a half of back and forth emails with one of their reps, receiving next to no information concerning a custom job we had requisitioned, waiting weeks at a time to get any response via email, that we still werent any closer to receiving our completed product. The conversation revealed huge gaps in the information they were providing us, a disconnect between management and what was going on with their customers. And to top it all off - the manager behaved "PUT OUT" by the fact that we were there, very calmly and respectfully informing him of the troubles we were having. He acted as if we were blindsiding him. He even had the gall to use the phrase "What do you want me to do about it?" What do we want us to do about it? We want you to fix the issue. We spent nearly 2 months trying to work with you, prepared to spend thousands of dollars at your business, and did all we could to communicate our needs and disappointment and all you can respond with is "What do you want me to do about it?" !!! Seriously! I have never encountered such an incredibly level of unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability in my life. I receive better service at McDonalds than I did at Littmans. Needless to say, we are discontinuing our business with this establishment. I have literally nothing good to say about this place. If you want lip-service but no real service, this is your place.

I gave Littman a (1) Swiss Army Watch and a (2) Citizens Dive Watch for battery replacement. They crushed watch #1 in the store in a device trying to put the back on the watch after replacing the battery. That was 6 weeks ago. They cannot tell me when the watch will be repaired and back in my hands. They sent watch #2 (which was running except it skipped 2 seconds at a time indicating the battery needs replacing) to Citizens and told me that they would not replace the battery without a $275 charge to pressure test the watch. I declined the repair and asked for the watch back. When I got it back, the watch was completely dead and each hand had been turned to 12. I had the battery replaced at an authorized Citizens dealer and the watch remained dead. I believe watch #2 was damaged either by Littmans or by Citizens but in either case, Littmans accepted responsibility for the repair when they took the watch from me. I agree with Josh below. Their customer service is a crying shame and they do not accept responsibility. I am out two watches right now that started out with a simple battery replacement and Littmans will not own up to their neglect.

Unfortunately I did not check Google Reviews before using Littman. My watch (Tag) has been undergoing repairs for 6 months. They botched the overhaul and the watch leaked causing internal damage. The manager was rude in my conversations with him about my dissatisfaction. They seem over there heads as far a repairing watches and just cant seem to get customer service is about service. I have called Tag as it is a poor reflection on there brand. I would suggest no one engage these people for a repair

Complete scam!!! Time was running slow. Took into Littmans for a battery replacement. Didnt even tell them what was wrong before they told me the watch needed a $250 cleaning. Just asked them to replace the battery. Called back to check when I could pick up the watch and they told me the battery leaked (they installed the battery). They informed me the watch needed a complete cleaning at $250 and a replacement part. Stay away from this company!!! A complete scam always trying to up sell.

I sent my Tag Heuer Monaco watch to get repaired at Tag service center but the estimate was too high and was going to take too long so my friend recommended me to take my watch to inhouse certified watchmaker in Littmans Columbia. They have best customer service and they charge me way less money and finish my watch in 2 weeks and watch came back looks like NEW again.Totaly recommend this place for watch repairs

I would agree completely that this a scam! I called Tag direct and they do not have anyone that works elsewhere certified to service their watches. Do not use this jeweler for anything! I only gave one star just to post review.
