Excellent job extending a very expensive platinum vintage high end diamond luxury watch for me and replacing a broken clasp. Very affordable as compared to two other quotes I received from high end jewelers in the area. I have also had a gold ring resized and a missing diamond replaced on the ring. Fast professional service. I highly recommend them for repairs and will be using them again for all my jewelry repair. The merchandise they have on display for purchase is mostly gold chains, big gaudy pendants targeting those that want the rapper look, gold earrings (including big urban door knockers) and rings. Id love to see them carry more merchandise that would suit the taste level of a classier higher end client/demographic.

I bought a watch from them and when it was not working went back to have it fixed. I got charged $50 for the repair but the date was not set on the watch when I asked if they could set the date and time it became apparent that the watch was not fixed. The woman at the counter was initially nice but them became loud and argumentative. They treat another customer very poorly who was simply waiting. Not good service and they say they fix your items when they actually dont

They changed battery for me and removed a clasp from my Movado watch. I was a little skeptical because they are not Movado authorized, but they did a good job. There was an elderly man sleeping behind the jewelry counter. Maybe because it was slow?? Might be better to sleep in the back of the store.
