So Im not sure where to start except to say that Reeds helped my boyfriend and I find my perfect ring. I was very very sure about what I didnt want but not sure what I did want. We walked about 30 stores and tried on 150 plus rings but nothing was calling to me. On a last whim before custom design we walked into Reeds. My boyfriend was just about done walking stores when we entered but we immediately felt at ease with Keith. He was friendly, helpful and had us laughing within 2 minutes. He asked what we wanted and could he help? I explained we were just browsing and we would let him know. He asked if he could point us in the right direction- I said I know that I want rose gold, oval diamond and a thick band. I asked to see a ring and it didnt make me weak in the knees - he offered to show me a ring he thought I would like and pulled out something I would have never picked out. It was my dream ring - it was beautiful and unique and it quickly gave me goosebumps. Keith went on to tell us so much amazing information about the ring and the history of the store and design. The ring was a setting so we needed to pick a diamond. Once again Keith went above and beyond. He showed us multiple diamonds in our price range and even went as far as calling another store to get us other options! We were torn between a 1/2 karat and 3/4 and Keith reached out to the president of the company to try and get us a diamond in our price range. We received the most wonderful customer service and personal care we could have asked for when making such a large purchase! We are so grateful for Keith and his entire team!! Thank you Reeds!!

Valentines Day is coming so yesterday I decided to go do some early shopping at Arundel Mills Mall. Walking through the mall I entered Reeds Jewelry and started looking around I mean I had over $1000 to spend on my fiance so why not go to the best. Well I though it was one of the best. As I was looking at rings I seen two that I wanted to see a little closer and the two staff members that were on the floor were helping out other customers. So as I intended on waiting patiently until one of them would wait on me a guy in the back of the store yelled up to the front of the store and said, "You need to take you coat, hat, and shades off to be in my store". WHY? Is it because Im an African American? That guy embarrassed me and made me look like a criminal who was barred from the mall or something. This is not right...discrimination shouldnt be allowed these days but since it does I know where I wont ever take my money again...I will never walk in a Reeds Jewelry again I will take my chances with another Jewelry Store like I ended up doing yesterday. I spent a total of about $1500 yesterday and Reeds didnt get any of it because of a racist prick...

My sister got her engagement ring at this store. She didnt want a diamond so she got a amethyst stone. The ring needed to be resized and they took it back. Reeds had the ring for 30 days when my sisters bridesmaid called to ask when it would be done. Rather than saying they were sorry for the wait and giving and idea of when they would be done, the female representative just kept saying Its a birthstone ring, whats the big deal? The Bridesmaid explained that it doesnt matter what the piece of jewelry is for, it is still important to the client. Then she told the lady that it was an engagement ring and my sister really wanted to have it back. The representative got ruder still over the phone and kept saying the she didnt see what the big deal was. When my sister finally did go pick up her ring, the same representative asked her it if was her if she had the ring because it was her birthstone. My sister said yes, but that it was also her engagement ring. No apology for the wait on resizing. They were rude and judgemental. Do not give this business any of your money.

I have a sapphire ring that is very sentimental to me. My daughter gave it to me 25 years ago and I lost one of the sapphires out of the ring. I took it to Reeds for repair. I was told it would take about 10 days...they would phone me when it came in...no problem. about a month went by...the ring was not back...another phone call was made to the jeweler who was repairing the ring....said it should be ready in 10 days. Another month goes by and yes my ring was returned to me with a beautiful sapphire to match the other stones. The reason for my long explanation is this: Michelle, the assistant manager stayed in contact with repair jeweler and most importantly, called me when she said she was going to call me. Because it took so long for the repair jeweler to find the right size stone and they had my ring almost 3 months, which normally would be a 10 day repair. Michelle did not charge me for the repair. She was extraordinary in dealing with me and I am so very grateful to her.

My boyfriend originally purchased a ring from this store for Christmas, 2015. The ring was constantly losing the side stones so after having to return it back to the store (3) different times, we were offered a store credit instead of a refund. After several months of trying to find something else, we agreed on a custom order. We placed this order in January, 2017 and was told it would be an 8-week lead time....weve been given the run around each time we inquire on the status to only find out that after (9) weeks...the ring finally arrived without the stone in it!! It now has to be SENT OUT AGAIN for another week to have the stone set by someone else!! 10 weeks for a custom order is unacceptable and we should have been told that it would have to be sent out again....there is no sense of urgency for inconveniencing their customers...buyers beware!!!

Michelle and Kendra helped me to find the perfect solution to my wedding band dilemma! While I absolutely loved my engagement rings simple setting, the way in which the center stone was set on the band, I was unable to find any wedding band that would sit flush with my engagement ring. After visiting quite a few jewelry stores, these great ladies offered me a solution that no one else had offered. I found a very pretty and simple wedding band which I purchased two of, and in one of the bands their jeweler set the center stone from my engagement ring. I now have a matching set that sits flush and is absolutely beautiful! Thank you Kendra and Michelle - I really appreciate it!!

THIS store knew what they were doing!!!!! This was the first jewelry store I went into during my trip to Arundel Mills, and it ended up being my last. The associates here are VERY welcoming, and I felt like they wanted me there. I looked at a diamond called the Signature diamond, and it was everything I was hoping for (GIA certified, S clarity). Keith was amazing, and explained that the diamonds came from Canada (and it even had a birth certificate LOL). I left the store and shopped around, but ended up back here because of the service. Reeds Jewelers has made a customer for life out of me!
