We are living in a time where customer service seems to be an option, not a given. It is very rare these days to find a real business anymore, one that is not only competitive in regards to selection and price, but one that is also extremely customer service focused, displays close attention to detail and still remains down-to-earth. Tell me, when did you last deal with a business that actually remembered your name the next time you came in? Well, I am here to tell you that at Afram Jewelers you get more. Aframs wide selection of gorgeous name brand jewelry, rare estate and vintage pieces, world class watches and as I personally can attest to, custom pieces that find no comparison. And all of this would be great already but the BEST is yet to come. The main reasons why I will always go back to (and prefer) Afram Jewelers to any big name company is their unbelievable, personal service and the total attention to the details that matter TO ME!. You will always be told the bare honest truth and knowing that is very important when buying or selling jewelry. This is a family owned, local business that has been around since the 1970s. If you need anything "jewelry" at all, from breathtaking engagement rings, necklaces (which are absolutely stunning), bracelets, brooches, pieces from the Pandora line, fine watches, vintage and estate jewelry, then you will miss out if you dont at least check Afram first. The owners are the most wonderful, friendly and honest people and will love to welcome you to their gorgeous place. Im sure to go soon again, because no matter my budget at any given time, Im sure to find something unique, especially right now during the holidays. I also want to mention two other things that are very important, at least to myself and my husband. The owner is a certified, highly skilled watch specialist, he can repair, appraise and/or clean your favorite time-keeper. If you want something special, something you wont end up seeing on every second other person, something personal to you and possibly designed by yourself, AFRAM is the place to go. they will help you design your special piece of jewelry and/or make it for you. Just had a very pleasant experience. Walked into the shop on a weekday afternoon, hoping to try on a specific watch Id been looking at online. My plan was to try it on and make sure the look/fit was right, then order it online. The woman who helped me was very friendly and courteous, helped me find the watch although its face was a different color. They were having a special (25% off watches) this week, which applied to in-stock only, so I was still planning on ordering the specific one I needed online. But she offered to order the watch for 2-day delivery with 20% off, which put the price right in line with what I could get at an online shop... I would much rather support a small local jeweler who I can verify is certified by Tissot than a faceless, lowest-price online dealer. Great experience, cant wait to pick up my watch.

They were wonderful. They were able to fix my mothers ring. It was given to her by my father over 60 years ago and she thought it had been lost. But I had it for over 20 years because in my selfish youth I wore it and lost the opal. The stone had to be cut to fit and the band had to be repaired but they did it and I was able to give it back to my mother this year on her 60th wedding anniversary. It was the first time I had seen her cry. I will always be greatful to Afram Jewelers for making my mother so happy and helping me fix a wrong that I had done years ago.

I havent had any experience buying any of their jewelry, but Ive routinely taken my watches and other jewelry from my wife there for repairs. After looking around and not finding a place nearer my work that could replace a watch battery for an affordable price, I discovered this place. Maybe 5-10 bucks per watch from Afram? Great deal. I couldnt get the back off by myself but wasnt going to pay half the price of my 40-50$ watch to replace a battery. Super nice and helpful folks.

Fantastic Jewelry store! I have bought many things from this store and I have always been extremely pleased with the service and the quality of jewelry. What they didnt have they found for me so I didnt have to run around to different stores to get it. Afram provided some of the best customer service Ive received in years. Staff is friendly and attentive, and always willing to help. I dropped off a watch for repair, they called THAT DAY with a status update, and when I realized I wanted something else done to the watch, and called them to ask, they were MORE THAN HAPPY to help. They made the process easy and painless for me, and I was a very satisfied customer.

Not very customer friendly....stay away! I made a $245.00 purchase on Friday a tried to return Monday because I found something else. I was told they were unable to refund my money but could give me a store credit. Well, needless to say that did not make me very happy.. Dont spend your money there.Go some place where they respect their customers.!! My receipt did not have a no return policy on it !!

Im really glad I walked into Afram Jewelers to find my engagement ring a few months ago. They educated me on the rings they had, and were willing to find the perfect ring for my fiance. The best thing is that they only sell genuine jewelry, so I know I got the best of the best. She absolutely loves the ring. . . and me :)

I went to Afram to get my watch repaired - what fun it was to make jokes with Eva and Sam while Sam looked at my sad watch. My Breitling is beyond repair but I trust Sam enough that I am going to send him another watch to look at when I return home. I was quite impressed.

Worst Jeweler ever. Refuses to take calls from Deaf people. Even after I tried to explain, they hung up on me several times. I was looking for a reputable jeweler in D.C. but apparently they have no interest in working with their customers. Dont bother!
