I walked in and the first thing I noticed was it was SO CLEAN!!!!!!!!!!! Ive never experienced a clean and clean smelling pawn shop in my life!! Then as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly hi by a girl with lots of tattoos which again Ive never experienced that coming into a pawn shop. I was just crying in my car and just those two things made me feel like I was supposed to be here. I walked up to the girl and she noticed I was crying and right away she gave me some tissue .I needed some cash quickly and fast because of a certain situation that was happening in my life and although I couldnt get what I paid for which I really wanted the girl took the time out to explain to me why she could give me less and her offer was good for 24hours if I needed it. Even though I didnt do business with this store I will recommend it to my friends and if I really really needed something this will be my stop. Thank you so much

Im giving this place one star not because of the service because the service is extremely excellent by Mike and Corrine. Im giving it because of yesterdays issue. My son and I walked in and like always was greeted by Corrine . Corrine was helping someone at the time so my son and I just started looking around . The person that corrine was helping got mad at her and started yelling at her and pushing other customers. One of the managers came out and asked what was going on and the person was walking out and the manager was following her. Im upset because not once did he check on the other customer that she pushed but he didnt check on corrine also . After everything that happened corrine still made it her point to come over and talk to us and tell us that she missed seeing us . I love this store and I hope the other customer and corrine are ok .

This place is a rip off!!! Went there today to find out how much they would pay me for my old high school class ring. The gentleman behind the counter was busy helping two other customers, so a tall lady with tattoos on her arms came out out from the back and asked if she could help me. I gave her the class ring and asked how much she could give me for it. She takes it in her hands looks at it for two seconds and says 20 dollars. SHE DID NOT EVEN WEIGH IT!!! I could not believe it. WHAT AN ATTEMPTED RIPOFF. The ring was 10k gold. After that I took the ring to the gold rush in the mall and they gave me $144. WOW $20 to $144 Good try top dollar pawn. DONT TRY TO SELL YOUR JEWELRY HERE. THEY WONT EVEN TAKE THE TIME TO WEIGH IT OR GIVE THE ILLUSION OF TRYING TO GIVE YOU A SOMEWHAT FAIR PRICE.

The associates at Top Dollar Pawn are always very courteous to and appreciative of their customers, even going as far as staying a few minutes late to help me once when I showed up just before they closed due to work running late. They are very fair when it comes to loans and are always willing to negotiate a price on something Im interested in; it doesnt get more pro-consumer than that. You cant work out a deal with the retailers selling the same items for twice the price. Ive been doing business with them for over a year and expect that business to continue into the future due to their accommodating staff and friendly way of doing business, definitely visit this shop before making a deal with anyone else.

I love top dollar pawn. If you have not been there,its a must.from the time I walk in,to the time I left, I was treated with nothing but respect! (Wich is major in a business like a pawnshop). I must mention a employee that really blew me away,her name is Corrine. The customer service is like nothing Ive ever seen!she was perfect and sold me alot of good things for a excellent price. I love the way top dollar are willing to work with you. The layaway plan is the best. I must say my best experience I did have with top dollar that I never had with anyone else, is that when I returned,Corrine remembered my first and last name! Now to me thats customer service. Top Dollar Pawn & Jewelry, (in the Waldorf, Maryland location) prices are so reasonable and out of this world. When I was there the staff treated customers with kindness that came in the store - they made you feel like family. I can say, the service was superb, great, and with honest negotiable quotes - Ill be back! Like I said above, having a good staff is hard to find like sales associate - Mike. He treated us like superstars and gave us negotiable quotes. He was superb in helping my husband and I! His service was great! All I can say, Thank You - for the TV, Video camera, and most of all the testimony!

My husband and I have purchased multiple items from this location and I have to say that Corrine is the absolute best sales rep there!!!! She has always been extremely helpful, friendly and most of all fair. We will continue to shop here for many years to come. The only thing I dont like is how John basically threatens you when it comes to your layaways. I dont like the way he comes across when explaining things. He always threatens to put the item back out on the floor, even when making regular payments. He should take some lessons in customer service from Corrine!

Top Dollar Pawn & Jewelry is unique among pawn shops. The staff are friendly, highly knowledgeable, and polite. The place has a family feeling about it. The sensation when you walk in is more of an upscale boutique than a traditional pawnshop. They have a strong emphasis on jewelry (and purchase gold objects), but also seem to handle everything else that you would expect out of a traditional pawnshop. They are highly professional in every respect, and make you feel really comfortable being there. I would recommend them without qualification.

With all the fine jewelry at discounted prices and the staff who are patient enough to assist you till you pick your choice, you will say to yourself " I shall return". Youll get your moneys worth. I stopped buying jewelry online and in other stores.
