I cannot say enough wonderful things about Boone & Sons! Every time I step foot into the store, I am more and more grateful for the outstanding customer service and level of customer care. They are definitely a store to be trusted and their pieces are extremely high-quality. I have worked with almost all of the staff and each and every person is more lovely than the next. Definitely a team to be trusted. They go the extra mile and it is evident in their design, their prices, their store and their service. Particularly, Paul is quite outstanding. He really captured my taste and style with respect to my needs and budget. I highly recommend Boone & Sons! You will have the most delightful experience and you will not be disappointed!

We went into Boone & Sons to look at wedding rings and were immediately greeted by Paul Mazhari. Paul was extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. The store had an amazing selection of wedding rings and it made it hard to choose! Paul helped us select our rings and made sure we were not only comfortable in the store, but that we had a good time ring shopping! Paul also helped have my engagement ring re-sized so that it was a perfect fit. Couldnt have asked for a better ring shopping experience. We will definitely be back -- already have my eye on a rose gold and diamond infinity band.

This is a wonderful establishment. Really took the time to get to know my fiance and I and help us pick out our rings. To preface, neither one of us are jewelery people and had absolutely no idea what we wanted. Kay walked us through the entire process of picking a setting and a stone and we were so pleased we came back for both our wedding bands. Really cannot say enough positive things about this retailer.

Their customer service is wonderful and staffs are very friendly and helpful. I had my engagement ring re-set here, but they did wonderful job and price was inexpensive compared to other jewelers in DC area. If you are looking for a jeweler in DC area, I recommend you to go visit them once.

Wonderful staff and service! I recently visited DC for a wedding and in the midst of traveling, my diamond came out of my engagement ring. They graciously fit me in between customers and repaired my ring in less than 24 hours. I would definitely recommend them!
