What didnt I like about it is the question! I went to get my necklace repaired and the salesman Vini was very helpful! Who I assumed was the manager, came over and asked "are you finished" to Vini, the salesman, two times to my dissatisfaction! I felt it was disrespectful while I was obviously still being helped! I dont want to insinuate that because I am a young African-American that she felt the need to be present. It made me feel very uncomfortable as Im regular patron. Just sharing my experience...!

Horrible service. I was rushing to reach the store after work with the intent to buy a piece that day, and store had closed 10 minutes earlier. When I tried to knock or ask to speak to someone and tell them I intended to buy if I was quickly helped, the two ladies working sneered at me through the glass and mouthed, "We cant help you." Well, guess I cant help them with a $2k sale!" Cest la vie.

The DY pieces are creative works of art. However, the service is poor at this location. This location failed me when trying to mail me a GIA certificate, which was mailed by STANDARD mail from a NY store 25 days after my purchase. Thank you for taking the time to lick a stamp.
