Excellent service and products! The staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped me to get exactly what I wanted when shopping for an engagement ring, with no pressure. They did not try to convince me to buy anything more than I was wanting, which was different from other places where I looked. They custom made my ring to meet my preferences. Though I initially guessed the wrong ring size, they got it resized within one day for my fiancee. We also offered an exact replica of our ring in silver/cubic zirconia which she will use for travel. Steve and his staff at 12th and G could not have been better. I highly recommend this store.

I needed by watch bracelet re-sized so I stopped by. The staff was very friendly and the price reasonable. While waiting I took a peek at their offerings and there were some beautiful pieces there. of course, it is very subjective. Once again, very friendly and helpful staff that dont use any of the pushy sales techniques. Highly recommend.
