Possibly the worst customer service ever! Went in on vacation (and on my birthday!) never greeted by the two staff members in the store. Stopped and looked at earrings- stood there for almost 5 minutes, finally went over to the register and noticed a lady wrapped in her sweater- looked at us- ask d if someone could show me some earrings- lady wrapped in sweater, rolled her eyes, huffed, SLOWLY pulled her butt out of the comfy chair and mixed her way to the earring cabinet.. Never said a word to me or my family- I asked to see a set of earrings, she again huffed like I was bothering her- she then proceeded to incorrectly quote me a price- when asked about it- she huffed a gain, rolled her eyes- quoted me another price- I had finally had enough- BYE FELECIA! Will never shop there or any Kays again!!

I have never had a problem here until recently. Its 7:51pm and the store is closed on a Monday when the online website says its open till 9:00pm. So I plan my schedule to come here and pick up a wedding ring and they are closed. I live an hour away with out traffic so imagine with traffic. This is not okay. At least update the time so this doesnt happen.
