Completely unprofessional. Me and my fiance purchased my ring 3 weeks before our wedding. Sales person Mr. Glenn that sold us the ring suggested we pay $35 for expedited shipping services (5-7 business days) so we can have my ring back 2 weeks before our wedding. Well I waited well over the date that was quoted to me. Then when I called 3 times about my ring didnt hear anything about it until 5 days before my wedding and they still expected for us to pay the $35 expedited fee. I will never shop at this particular store again and I dont suggest anybody else shop there. Unless you dont mind waiting 3 weeks for your purchase and being told they dont know where your purchase is. Worst.. Zales.. Ever!!

Visited this Zales store and the staff was very professional and knowledgeable . My boyfriend and I went in and he was interested in a bracelet for himself and the young lady that assisted knew the inventory inside out and asked my boyfriend the right questions, that allowed him to select from a few that was exactly what he was looking for vs.wasting our time looking at the wrong styles. We will definitely go back and recommend others
