CONSUMERS BEWARE!! If you purchase from Kay Jewelers - be prepared that at some point, you will not end up with the original purchase that you made! I have been left with a sub-par wedding band for more than 5 months now, and my original wedding band was been lost for more than 8 months. I have been dealing with a situation for more than 8 months now where my original, 1.03 karat leo diamond wedding band with a high rated clarity and color has been MIA now since I dropped it off this past April to have it repaired and the white gold restored and buffed. I did go to the store last night (12/16/15) to see if the certificate of authenticity had finally come in after waiting 1.5 months from the original order date and as expected, it had not. So, I asked the manager to scope the numbers from the wedding band and pull the certificate online. When she did, it was revealed to me that this was in fact the same wedding band they tried to pawn off to me as mine back in July which was of lesser quality, size and clarity. At that point, I had been without my wedding band for more than 4 months. They then had to send this ring back to the manufacture to have it replaced with something that was of the same or greater quality of my original wedding band that my husband purchased for me back in 2012 for our 10-year wedding anniversary. Yet, once again, they never sent it out and held it for more than a month and then tried to scam me over again with a ring that is not mine, nor is it the same quality. The store manager will no longer help me and says that its out of their control and that I need to contact their corporate office. This is complete FRAUD and I expect this multi-billion (as the store manager referred to it) company to step up, take ownership, and rectify this situation! The company has not yet followed through on any promises made: 1. To provide me with a band of equal or greater quality of the one that was lost 2. To "compensate me" for this huge inconvenience. Unbelievable.

Poor customer service i will not go in this store anymore i will spend my money somewhere else where i get good customer service . you do not get even good service at this store . They loose stuff all the time at this time all i want back is a watch they have had it for five weeks just to put a battery in it . Now they can not find it they believe it is still out for repair but they dont know why it has not came back to them . When you go to this store make sure you are prepared to do the work for them and pack a lunch you will be here for five Hrs while they try to figure out where your paperwork is in the computer and then they come back to you and tell you that you didnt by it from here . So save your receipts and all paperwork or they will send you away till you find it yourself . Bad customer service . At this point all i want is my watch back or replacement . After that i be paying off my bill and running away from buying here again.

Got a wedding band from here, originally bought it at a 10 1/2, it was too big, went to have a 10 1/4, they had a 10 in store said I can always have it resized, took it, tight but ok. After a while it was cutting off my circulation, took it in for the 10 1/4, ordered it, it felt the same, they assured me it was 10 1/4, showed me the paperwork. Ok Ill try it out, too small. Took it to Jared(same location they use to size rings) cant resize the ring because of the finish, went to Kays to tell them, no they can resize it. The person who physically resizes the rings is wrong according to Kays...went to another jeweler, the 10 1/4 they ordered for me was a 9.5 they liked to me, got it resized in 30min, fits perfect, looks perfect, never going back to Kays I swear

I changed my mind on an engagement ring I had previously purchased from KAY a couple weeks prior and wanted to choose a new one. Zoey was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable with my new choice. She educated me a little bit on diamonds and really made the process quick and painless. My now fiance LOVED the engagement ring/wedding band set. I couldnt be happier with my purchase and experience at this particular Kay Jewelers at Marley Station. I will definitely be back for my wedding band and many more purchases in the future!

Always have a great experience and love all my Kays pieces. The poor people are being criticized for one off occurrences and need more HAPPY people to comment on good experiences. I never write reviews but felt a need to and remind everyone theres a thousand and one happy people like me to every unhappy person but we just dont think to say thanks.

I received great service here when we exchanged my wifes wedding ring for a new one. Just make sure to talk to the bigger black woman and she will help u out. She waa very nice and she informed my wife and i of some things that we did not know about before saving us a good chunk of money!
