customer service sucks. they delivered the wrong dinning room table then said that as a gesture of good faith, they wouldnt charge me for delivery on the correct furniture. Then they accused the delivery company for the mix up. Was also forced to purchase the "optional" insurance. The sales person messed up my paper work on four different occasions. I was waiting there for 3 hours just waiting on them to receive an email of an approval that was already given 3 days before. I would never again in my life buy anything from them. I would not recommend them to anyone. Very incompetent. Is the best description for these animals that calls themselves sales people. The manager was as clueless as they were. Only called me after the problem was resolved.

Ellos lo hacen comprar un tal "seguro" y cuando uno les llama para que revisen el mueble o colcho o televisor dicen que si esta en buenas condiciones. Apesar de que yo gasté mas de 5000.00 jamás los recomendaría porque en satisfacción al cliwnte son lo peor mejor hubiera seguido c on la competencia " Muebleria continental" tiene mejor servicio al cliente

Michos cargos ocultos.....que Aseguranza A la propiedad..que segurpnpara discapacidad..que un plan de Ramiro.y que la chinita...compra una computadora de 600..y un microeabe.de 200...y el total. Guérin 1400...pues que compra ..tan mas ridicule y vas areclamar..y solos dise que no saben nada

Horrible!!!!Ridicoulous customer service!!!!!! I spent $2800 on my new refigerator which came out to be defective. It has been almost a year and they still cant fix it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FAMSA TO NO ONE!!! THIS FURNITURE STORE IS JUST GARBAGE PLAIN GARBAGE!!!!! MATTER FACT THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!!!!!!
