I highly dont recommend this place. I was suppose to receive my furniture on Saturday the man told me that he couldnt find my envoice order, then once he did he tells me that the delivery drivers got in an "accident". I was trying to be understanding and told him that Monday would be okay for delivery as he told me that Monday was totally clear for delivery. We schedule the delivery for the time frame between 5:30-6:00pm. Now he contacts me telling that he wont be able to deliver my furniture until a little after 7pm. Im trying to be understanding but now theyre lying to me and procrastinating with my order. If it wasnt for my mom needing this furniture I would have been and cancel this and try my luck somewhere else. Dont waste your time here, you better off spending your money and saving your time somewhere else.

My over all experience with this company was mediocre . I came in with my family describing what i wanted to a sales rep and it seems as though he was interested in soley helping us spend as much money as possible. After i Found the same set online just smaller and cheaper, i went in the store to try to exchange ,and I was told that the difference (over 300 dollars) would have to be in store credit. This is stated no where on their return policy! Also I have a delivery window beginning at 1 pm and ending at 9 pm...

Was told that they would deliver furniture at 12pm on today,called several times throughout the day to get an update after no one showed. They called at 9:30-10pm very rude asking to deliver furniture. After being told that it could not be done tonight, they refused reasonable accommodations. Will not shop here or recommend anyone to shop here again. Very very poor customer service.

I got our queen bedroom set from that store...the manager and all employees are so nice...my husband and I are so satisfied with their service, delivery was on time plus the set up too, I will sure do more business with Chatam fourniture & more...thank you guys so muchhh:)

Be careful on the delivery items. They might not be as purchased. Otherwise they offer great quality items for reasonable prices. As with mY things in life be careful and cautious. Dont be afraid to tip the team. Theyre a brave bunch.

Nice furniture options but delivery price too high. Ask about deals or discounts, not much incentive to make a purchase.
