I would like to comment on two employees at the Durham, NC store at Patterson Place. In particular, Ashley who waited on me on 8/27 was one of the most incredible sales people that I’ve ever dealt with. She went out of her way to make sure that I was pleased with my framing order. I had gone into the store to complain that the order was taking far too long to fulfill & I requested the painting & my money be returned. “Ash” was so pleasant & accommodating & she used her creativity & intelligence to figure out a way to get the job done immediately. She spoke with Chris another employee who jumped right in & helped out with the situation. Both were excellent at their jobs…I would hire either one of them in a heartbeat. Two great people!

Very small building. Not very much help around to find things. AC Moore is still great. This just isnt one of the best ones.
