Clean, nicely signed, friendly staff - the store itself is good. The company as a whole though (like Jo-Ann and others) plays that game where they introduce seasonal items, only to mark them down 70% in 3 weeks. Who the heck shops here sans coupon? Seriously, deduct 70% from the regular ticket price of almost any floral, fabric or seasonal item - and dont pay more than that price otherwise youre paying too much.

It can be somewhat difficult to find what youre looking for in this rather large store. It isnt easy to find someone to help you either. Everything seems rather overpriced and the quality can vary quite a bit from one thing to the next.

This location is super convenient and well organized. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that they put so many displays in the main aisle that it is sometimes difficult to negotiate around them.

Good store, well stocked. Staff is very friendly and upbeat. Usually can find what art supply I am looking for, however the Copic Markers are hit and miss.

Your garden variety arts and crafts supply store. Nothing out of the ordinary. Has all the standard stuff youd expect to find.
