Im slightly partial because I use to work here, so Im going to write this review from both a former employees stand point and from a customer stand point as well. The store is rarely clean. This is a mixture of the store being understaffed, of customers being lazy and not putting things back, and of the replenishment team not doing their job properly. They rarely, if ever, have enough people working at this location. There is usually a manger there, a cashier, and a floor associate. Then, wheb registers get backed up, the floor associate must go help. This pulls that one person helping customers off the floor and puts them on register where they cant assist customers in locating items. I will give them this, the employees are friendly. When you can find someone, they are more than helpful and are willing to take time to help you find what you need for your project. The register lines are slow. On weekends, expect to wait in line for a little while, because, again, they are understaffed. As for custom framing, yes, it is expensive but keep in mind you are getting a frame built CUSTOM for you. Its going to cost some money. Anything custom made does. I had a custom frame made on black Friday for my mother and I cant describe how happy I was when they completed it. It was stunning. This is a good Michaels. The location is convenient, the employees friendly, and theyll have most of your crafting needs.

I want to thank everyone who helped me out. I visited this store with a friend and left after buying three items. I live in Fayetteville and once I got home I realized that I only had one of my items. I called the store and everyone was very helpful and helped me get my items back. I didnt even have to go back to the store, they were able to ship it to me. Its such a relief, I had never had this happen before and thought I was going to be out $30 of items because I had no receipt only my bank statement of the total. But he listened and was very receptive and it just - it was a relief. Im happy now and I will be buying my art supplies from Michaels for years to come because of this. They went out of their way to help someone out. THANK YOU!!!

One of the best Michaels I have been to! The store was very clean and organized. They had a large assortment of items. They have a children section that i have not seen in other Michaels stores. In my opinion, it is a one stop shop. You can find craft items for all ages and talents, as well as, toys for children. The most important aspect of my experience with this store, is the employees are very nice and helpful.

I must say, I have never been more pleased with a Michaels location ever! My wedding is coming up in October and thanks to 2 awesome ladies, I will have the best table settings ever! A lot of stuff in store, tried to get a panoramic picture framed (which is 60% off plus another 20% on custom frames) they told me it would cost 242 dollars to frame it with the discount. Custom framing department is extremely marked up in price.

Nice store however there always is a line at check out. Please add more cashiers or at least have someone called up to help. Wait on the weekends to check out is way too long!

Michaels is a nice store if you are crafty. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable which really helped me when we went in to look for Pinewood Derby accessories.
