I was so excited to spend a gift card at Hobby Lobby but my experience was nothing but terrible. The employees were so rude and not helpful at all. They could not move any slower. I asked a simple question and the employee responded like I was the dumbest customer on planet Earth. NOT impressed with this company. I would rather give my business to other craft stores

This store has really gone down hill! Dont shop here in the evening. The employees that work the evening shift are terrible! They act as if your bothering them. Lines are long service is extra slow. Staff is nasty, rude, and unhelpful. I plan on shopping elsewhere.
