Every time you think you know where things are in this store, the manager changes it all around. Recently, I went to this store on three occasions to find one simple item. On the third occasion, I found a manager who knew right where it was - in a place I would never have looked. They do have a reasonable selection of crafting materials - a wider selection than the competitor over in Valu Plaza. However, prices do tend to be higher and this Michaels does not like to stack coupons nor honor competitor offers (their argument is that there isnt an AC Moore or Hobby Lobby in Batavia, therefore they have no such competitor). It will be interesting to see what happens now that the mega-store on Veterans Drive has opened a crafting / fabric section. This store gets my business on virtue of being one of the few places in town to find craft supplies. If there was another option, Id be there.

For the size of the store, they do a tremendous job and the team spirit is awesome in this store. If your looking to take a class, or hold a party, this is the place to come and enjoy yourself.
