I stopped by this location today and the only positive thing that I CAN say, is that it was well stocked. The staff seemed to hate their lives, hate the store, hate crafts, hate people, hate basic courteous behavior, etc.... They were every single one rude, not helpful, no one even greeted me when I came in or left, no one asked if I needed help, the woman who worked there who was stocking in beads was wearing earbuds and listening to music, and could care less about anyone around her. Awful, awful store! In desperate need of better employees or training them to have basic common courtesy for their customers.

I agree with Marianne. The employees there are RUDE and IGNORANT! They dont know how to use the 50% coupon correctly. If you buy multiple items, the coupon will be used towards the lowest priced item. They said it would be taken off the highest item (thats a lie because it happened to me just a couple of days before where the coupon was applied to the $2 candy melts). So I just told the guy I didnt want it because he refused to ring up my 2 items separately saying that the coupon does not apply to sale items and it WASNT even on sale!! When you go there, just be rude back.

This is your typical big box craft store and the selection is fine. However, after waiting in line to check out for close to 20 minutes in the middle of the day on a weekday I found it necessary to post a review. I had 3 items. There was one check out person working while numerous employees floated around the store apparently looking for something to do. I think the management of this store would benefit from being more mindful of customers busy schedules.

Its a well kept location but they just dont have as big of a selection for alsmost every department. The only section that looked like you could really see everything michaels offers was the frames.

Found everything I needed for home framing project. Employee who assisted with check-out was exceptionally friendly & cared about me saving as much money as possible on my purchase. Impressed!!
