One of the worst customer experience I have ever had!!!!!!!! Came in last night, had a question, was told they will be with me in 5mins, kept me waiting 20mins, went to talk to the manager, then manager bitched at me saying they were unable to help with what I needed because a specific person wasnt there at this time. COULD HAVE SAVED SOME TIME IF THEY JUST SAID NO ONE CAN HELP IN THE FIRST PLACE. Today, I decided to call instead, they first put me on hold for 15mins!!!!!! I hung up and called back. They picked up and hung up on me!!!!!! Called again and was like WTF and finally got a hold of someone that was still UNABLE to help me... THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! If I can give less than 1 star I would, but the store itself is nice.

I went shopping today, I am like a kid in a candy shop when it comes to Halloween decorations! I would work here before Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, St. Patties Day and the 4th of July ... Just so I could put crafts together and let other people pay for them!!! Ha! They are a bit expensive but its a craft store ... They are going to be, the items are not necessary... They are for fun! The people working there are nice, and sharing crafty Ideas with them it fun to!

They have a great selection. Sometimes its hard to find the price on items, they had issues with some of their price checkers in the store and have one that I saw working currently. Otherwise, I love to shop here. The staff is always friendly and super helpful.

I went to go get some picture frame mattes and the associate was extremely helpful, patient and even tho initially I was going to have to wait a few days, after is talking she was able to get the matte done while I was there.

You can justify shopping at this over-priced store if you download their coupons onto your phone. If they can constantly offer 40% off coupons, why cant they just charge fair prices to begin with?
