Benji Auto Sales Makes Promises they dont own up to and Theyve sold me a dream on a rundown car. Edwin was my car salesman on Tuesday October 22, 2013 and because my credit wasnt the best he made it seem as if I only had one option with all THREE of their lots. He pushed me off on the 2007 Pontiac G6 Sedan that had horrible tires,a donut tire on one side, the check engine light on, dirty as all outdoors, missing a seat belt in the back seat, no oil AND no gas! I spoke with Edwina bout everything that needed to be fixed and he assured me everything would get taken care of. I took my car back on Saturday October 26 at 9am and by 7pm all they had done was put three tires on and still a donut tire! The oil hadnt even been changed nor the car buffed and cleaned! I spoke with Jesus, the general Manager of all three stores and he was doing ONE THOUSAND things at once he couldnt even deal with my problems. We wrote up a list of things to be done and he signed off on it, same as Edwin. He asked me to bring the car back the following Monday, October 28th but since I had to work I told him my boyfriend would do it. He told me to have my boyfriend there at 9:30AM! My boyfriend went there on Monday and Jesus had him waiting there for an HOUR before Edwin came to the shop and helped him out. JESUS NEVER EVEN SHOWED UP!!!! Nor was he answering his cell when the salesman tried to call him. That day my boyfriend made sure the mechanic changed the oil and told hi m about the check engine light. Well, they sent my boyfriend on his way after that because nobody vcould fuind the tire they had supposedly ordered on October 22 and it was now 7 DAYS later. That day I still hadnt received a tire, nor a buff ABD the check engine light came BACK on! My boyfriend took the car the next day and NOBODY was at the dealership! He had to grab the tire himself, drive over to the mechanic and have him put the tire on. After putting the tire on my boyfriend told the mechanic about the check engine light. The mechanic told him the day before NOTHING was wrong with the car, but all of a sudden there is an $100 part that needs to be replaced and " I could do it if I want". What kind of foolishness is that? You are charging my $12,000 for a $5,000.00 car and you cant fix a part that should not have needed replacing when getting sold? They are whacked at this dealership and I am very very displeased and upset! I asked Edwin ONE day after purchasing my car did I have some type of clause that said I could bring the car back if im dissatisfied and he told me NO! I found out the next day, which made is THREE days, that I had 48 hours to take the car back. I feel swindled and belittled because I went to the dealership to get a car alone and i am a young female! I wont stand for this with Benji, they are crooks!

Queridos compradores de benji o que van a intentar comprar, se está preparando un documental para que conozcan el trato de los trabajadores principalmente del Jesús Gomes Manager General, conozcan la despotes el maltrato la falta de respeto y por supuesto todo esto después que usted compra, se la pasan reuniendo a todos los vendedores o agentes para exigirles que no les mientan al comprador cuando él es el primer mentiroso, te venden carros de uso en mal estado, y cuidado no salgan sin freno, sin gato para si se ponchan que es lo más seguro ya que hasta las yantan te las dan lisa, los rodamientos en muy mal estado ,las puertas sin las juntas de adentro y siempre diciéndote que eso se te va a poner, todo eso y mucho mas, pronto por Telemundo 51 y unimas verán de que estoy hablando, NO COMPREN HAY SE LOS ACONSEJO O SALDRAN TIMADOS..

They should rename this place BENJI LEMON SALE, I bought a car from them a month ago, as soon as I left the lot I noticed the car had a problem, they told me to bring the car back the next day and the mechanic would look at it. The mechanic looked at it, and they told me everything was fine it just needed a tune up. The car wasnt fine, I contacted Denis at the miami store to explain that the problem kept on, he said to bring the car in after the holidays and they would take care of it, well I took the car in and not only did the mechanic find a problem with the car, Benji motors wasnt going to pay for the repairs even though my car still had a warranty. They refused to release my car to me, the cops had to be called, we got into a HUGE altercation with Denis from benji motors, and at the end of the day I had to pay a partial amount of the repairs just so that my car would be released to me from their mechanic. This place will tell you whatever they think you want to hear so that you will take one of their lemons off their lot, at the end of the day all they feed you are lies, and no they wont fix whatever is wrong with the car EVEN if you still have warranty. Im now seeking legal advise and reporting them to the better business bureau.

Benji auto sales is a bunch of scammers. I purchased a car from them on February 23 2017. Two weeks later they called me back in to sign a new contract they had lowered my payments $40 and signed a new contract. OK that was fine. Five days before time to make my payment they called me to come back in for them to put a tracker on the car. When I got there they took my keys said the bank said my Job isnt real and there taking there car and I cant get my $2200.00 back. Started being extremely mean to me and said for me to leave there property. I Called the police of course they said its a civil matter to take them to court. Now if that was bad enough. Two weeks later I got a call from my insurance company saying that my car was in an accident and they have a open claim against my insurance. That accident happened 8 days after them taking it from me. Now the car is total lost. God dont like ugly. Do not ever ever ever ever let these scammers scam you. Its all a bunch of crock. Oh yea see yall in court.

Do NOT go here unless you want a horrible car, awful experience, or to waste money. These people will say anything to make a quick buck. They are liars. Dennis ran an ad on craigslist guaranteed to get you approved no matter your credit. The owner is a piece of crap and refused to meet with me about the vehicle. Way to go on customer service! They dont mention that the cars are in terrible condition. I had a horrible experience with a 2006 PT Cruiser. It was back and forth in their shade tree mechanics shop from the time of getting the vehicle. I looked over my paperwork and I put down $1000 and the dealers fees were $995! Make sure you get the Carfax report on any vehicle that you look at from them. Majority of them have been in wrecks but they wont tell you that. Its not worth it. Save your money and go elsewhere!
