Just purchased an Alfa Romeo 4C from the dealership. Overall experience was OK, not great but also not terrible. The Good,....they came down to my price point and did the deal so you always have to be happy about that. Everybody was very nice and accommodating when i went to pick up the car. Overall the car is a solid car and I dont have many complaints. The Bad.... the car was absolutely filthy when i came to pick up the car. It looked like it had been sitting out on the lot for a while and while i did beat them up on the price, there is still no excuse that they couldnt have done a simple cleaning on the car before i picked it up. Communication with my salesmen Robert was very lacking, every time he told me he would call me, he did not and i would have to be the one to initiate communication. Again not a huge problem but was annoying. Car had a small blemish on the back bumper that i wasnt made aware of. Its a used car so i expect some of these issues but it would have been nice to been made aware of them. As i said before it was an OK experience but Im not sure if i would purchase another car from this dealer.

My experience with Brickell Luxury Motors was an absolute pleasure! I was very specific in the type of luxury vehicle that I was looking for and the type of deal that I wanted in order to get it done was certainly challenging and not only did they meet that challenge head on but surpassed my expectations considerably. Rick was my sales person and was honest, straight- forward, and demonstrated a real willingness to work very closely with me from start to finish, until we closed the deal on my dream car, which in the end we accomplished. Brickell Motors is a wonderful place if you are looking to buy a vehicle. Mario Murgado and his staff is very attentive and they provide wonderful customer service. We had the pleasure of meeting Musico recently. We own two Mercedes Benz cars and it was time for me to sell my car and purchase a new one. After looking at different cars, we finally came to Brickell Motors. Musico gave me sound advice and helped me pick the perfect car. I not only sold my Mercedes R350 to them but I also leased a brand new 2016 Buick Enclave. I could not be happier. Musico made sure I was absolutely happy with every last detail. When I arrived to pick up my car it had a bow on top (my husband and I were celebrating 10 years) and they had it washed and fully gassed. I am looking forward to the next time I have to buy a vehicle so that I can visit Brickell Motors. I highly recommend Marios dealerships and his wonderful staff. Ask for MUSICO, he is amazing and wont disappoint. Best sales executive I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

I just purchased my first Aston Martin, and coincidently my first used vehicle from Brickell Luxury Motors. I would have to give these guys an A+. Mike Frisicaro and Scott Comora were both both excellent. I never felt like they were not acting in my best interests. For them it was not about just selling my wife and I a car, but more importantly, making sure whatever vehicle we chose was going to be the right vehicle. We live in Dallas, and Mike took care of all of the details to make this purchase a pleasurable one. Everything from arranging to have the car inspected, detailed, and shipped right to our front door. Very impressive. They say the best sign of great experience is would you recommend them to your closest friends, and the answer is absolutely!!! I will definitely do business with Mike and Scott again. By the way, we love our car.

Had the pleasure this week of buying a beautiful 2014 BMW 650i from Jose Frias and the team at Brickell Luxury Motors. The entire process was smooth and seemless on their part, even though I was buying the car from the Internet from out of state. There was a slight hiccup in the transportation company arriving on time to get the car to me in the promised timeframe (through no fault of Brickell or Jose), but Jose stayed after hours on his own time to meet the driver to ensure i was completely happy. That rarely happens as blame could have easily been laid at the trucking companys feet. Jose took ownership and ensured a pleasant experience from start to finish. I would strongly recommend Jose and the folks at Brickell based on my experience. Thank you Jose!!!!

For me as I am sure as it is for many, purchasing a vehicle is one of the most stressful things to do in life. The first week of July my vehicle was permanently damaged and I was forced to begin this stressful process of car shopping. I visited over 5 dealers but no one and I mean no one was as patient and honest as Mr Alvaro Cepeda of Brickell Motors. He understood how I felt and took his time to answer all my questions. In conclusion, I leased a 2017 Mazda CX-9 and I couldnt be happier. Brickell Motors is lucky to have Alvaro and I finally found a car professional who I highly recommend. My wifes lease is up in one and year and we will definitely be back to see him. Thank you Alvaro.

On September 26th 2015 we went to Brickell Honda and purchase a 2015 Honda Accord sedan our Salesman was Jose Garcia, he was very kind to me and my family. He has been great at answering questions before and after the purchase. Also, Miguel de Leon made sure the processing of the paperwork went smoothly. William over in financing got out of the dealer in record time. Over all the whole staff was friendly and professional. Great car purchasing experience and the fastest one too. The absolute WORST customer service ever! After having their Internet sales person promise that "everything" would be ready when I came in, NOTHING was ready. I spent four hours doing the paperwork. When I went to pick up the final plate (no one bothered to advise me it was in), I was told that staff had erroneously charged me for a tag transfer instead of a new plate. The salesperson was nowhere to be found....EN RESUMEN (because this IS a Spanish speaking establishment): el PEOR servicio al cliente del mundo. No tengo NADA bueno que decir. Recomiendo NO comprar nada aqui.
