Do your self a favor and DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT buy a car from this lot!!! My experience has been a total nightmare.I purchased a 2008 BMW 535xi from them.I bought the car on December 29th I was excited because Ive always wanted a BMW.As I was driving the car home(15minutes later) I was broken down on the side of the road! In all fairness the dealership sent a tow truck to pick up the car and an uber to take me home.1st I was told that the problem was minor,a sensor needed to be replaced and everything would be fine.Turned out the problem was more serious. The vanos solenoid needed to be replaced. After a week I was told the car was ready.I met the service manager at the shop,he drove the car,and told me he heard a knocking sound.I was then told that a gasket bearing needed to be replaced. After another week I picked the car up and everything sounded fine.I take the car to get washed,I go to the gas station to fill the tank, and after filling the tank the car wont start!!!! I get the car towed back to the dealers shop. This time Im told the starter went out.Another week passes and I pick the car up on January 16th.THIRTY DAYS LATER on February 16th I get the "Reduced Power Engine Malfunction" message on the idrive and the same knocking sound is back!!! I take the car to a different shop, they run a diagnostic on the car ($119.00) and lo and behold VANOS SOLENOID needs to be replaced.Mind you after the 1st time the car broke down the dealership gave me a three month three thousand mile warranty on the engine.Turns out that warranty wasnt worth the paper its written on because the shop I took the car to contacted the warranty company and the warranty company told them that they dont cover the vanos solenoid because its an electrical part?!?!?! The people at the shop I took the car to gave me an estimate for $2017.34 for the vanos solenoid.I contacted the bank and they told me that at this point theyve paid the dealership and Im responsible for the loan.I knew that though Ive made the first payment.I called the dealership asked for the manager and he didnt get on the phone.I left a message and was told hed call me back and of course he didnt.I also want to mention that my temporary tag expired on January 27th.Everytime I call the dealership to inquire about my tag Im either told that the manager will call me back (he never does) or if someone does get on the phone Im told that there was "a problem with the title at the auction" someone did some paperwork incorrectly and theyre working on it.I asked if I could get a new temporary tag in the meantime and was told "well look into it and get back to you." When I walked onto these peoples lot it wasnt for all this.Im probably stuck with this lemon and huge repair bills. So if this review saves ANYONE some headaches and hassle then great!!!! These people are unscrupulous and only out to make a dollar with no regard for the consumer.Ive never written a yelp review, but this place has left such a bad taste in my mouth that I had to.AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE OR A CRAZY EX!!!!!

Best Price Dealer sold me a car below Kelly Blue Book value even when you add the $1000 down and $888 dealer fee to the listed price. I read reviews (like you are) of the business and learned these fees so that it didnt shock me during my visit. A majority of the cars on the lot are high-end luxury/sport cars. A manual BMW on their lot had my interest. These cars are expensive to maintain unless you know how to do the work yourself or have a reasonable independent mechanic. Understand that you are buying a used car and it will likely be due for maintenance. You are not purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle with a protection plan from a dealership. The automotive detail crew is a first class operation. Even the engines look new (but they need to start covering the alternators before they de-grease and rinse). Frank the sales representative was very friendly. It was a busy day yet Frank was able to keep calm within the storm. The sales team out number the finance guys 5 to 1 so making the purchase can take time. Get there early unless you want to wait in line. Terry in finance is a hard worker who does an excellent job. I had a good experience overall. I purchased a great car, put $900 of parts into it over the last month (not because of a breakdown just maintenance items fluids, filters, gaskets, dampers, aluminum fasteners & pulleys) and I am happy because it was what I expected. I would consider Best Price Dealer when I need another car.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. If you dont want to buy a car and have it fall apart within 6 months then stay away from this place. Me and 2 of friends all punched a car from there to go away to school and all of our cars broke down at the same time, these cars were puchased almost days between each other and after lest than 2 months completely broke down. when we took it to the BMW center and they examined the cars there was everything wrong from A-Z, starters, gasket, water pump, transmission leak, alternator, and radiator. Went back to best price almost every day for a month and i mean we would be there all day every day, trying to get someone to get out car fixed that wasnt even purchased more than 2 months before. I learned something while i was down there, that this place was a SCAM, Every single day while i was down there at least 3-4 people would show up arguing with Best Price about a faulty car they had been sold. One day it even got scary where the sold this girl a bad car and the the car just stopped working and they would do nothing at all for her so she called her older brother and he came into the building ready for a fight. He only left after one of the crooked sales person faked call the police. I would advise anyone to STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. All of the stories about great car buys are the salesmen who make write these reviews.

My dealing with Best Price has been nothing short of painful and costly. You initially sold me a vehicle with obvious rust damage, except the damage was hidden with fresh undercoating. Keep in mind that in emails and on the phone you assured me that the vehicle was fully inspected, but High School students were able to see the damage in less than 5 minutes. Then, to “make it right” you threatened to repossess the FJ or I could take the POS Jetta I’m driving now. Mind you, there was no legal right to repossess at this point. Then I had to drive back to Miami to have GPS installed and I was told that Amerifinance would at least reimburse me for gas. Not a chance, no reimbursement. Then you register the car but instead of using my existing plate you got a brand new one. So I had to spend an additional $75 to replace the specialty plate. But, all of that pales compared to the following: the Jetta was sold to me with a clean title and actual miles. So you can imagine my surprise when I was trying to sell the Jetta and the title turns out to be suspect and there is a mileage discrepancy. I am guessing that is why you ended up with it and Schumacher did not sell it themselves. (Document posted on Facebook) At this point I am considering other actions as I feel BOTH vehicles were seriously misrepresented.
