As I primarily eat fruits and veggies, there is nothing more agitating than repeatedly purchasing moldy food from Tops. At first, I thought it was just a hiccup. Maybe I didnt eat the strawberries fast enough. Then, when it happened again a day after purchase and I spent the following day home from work throwing up, I decided to no longer purchase strawberries from a Tops store. It didnt stop there, though. Just today, I purchased what looked to be brand new tomatoes. I get them home, chop a few up, and find one has already begun to develop mold. WHAT?! This is unacceptable and I wont be buying "fresh" produce from this store anymore.

I one time purchased a loaf of store made Italian bread from the bakery and when I cut into it there was a large strand of black hair. This was back in 2011. Being close to 5 years later, perhaps their food handling is being taken more seriously; however, I still wont buy store made bread from that location. The entire meat department personnel are very good. Tony, the head butcher, will bend over backwards to satisfy his customers. Hes just a little difficult to get hold of whenever you need a special order.

Spencerport Tops is great! I get Tops flyer in email...go through it making list, created online, list sorted produce, meats, deli, dairy, etc! Stuck to list, thats key, saved $50. Handicapped, had never shopped there before, 45 minutes...got paid around $65/ hr to shop!!! Workers were great with directions & answering questions!! Store clean and well stocked...

This is a convenient location if you live locally for just needing to get a few things. Customer service is well below average. Store is clean. Prices are high on most items. Sometimes youll find a real nice deal. Often go to look for a specific staple product like half and half and it is out of stock. Make sure to use bonus card or you will severely over pay.

While I typically prefer to shop at local chain Wegmans, this is one Tops location that Im impressed with. It is well lit, well organized, and generally well stocked. Like most Tops locations, the meat selection doesnt compare to a butcher shop or even Wegmans, but if youre looking for the staples, you dont need to drive any farther.

Are you kidding me? Who wrote these reviews? And have they ever been in a tops or are they in there pocket? Not even to compare with Wegmans because there is none, BJS, Hegadorns, Price choppers, and even wallmart are heads and tails above tops unless stale corporate generically is your thing. Even Aldis has better bread.

I had to drive farther to this store because the one closest to my house isnt as clean and the produce rots in only 2 days this topps in spencerport is a lot brighter and floors sparkle and the produce lasts longer and also looks better and produce department is well kept as is the whole store

Got cheesecake today to have after my lunch at work, and was eating it and almost put the spoon in my mouth when I found a piece of glass the size of a nickel on the bottom of the cheesecake. The manager was nice and felt bad, but for real people? That could have done some serious damage!

This is a very convenient store and it has a great variety of name brand items. Wegmans selection is getting very narrow with them replacing items with their own brand. They also try very hard to get unique items that you might be looking for those special recipes.

One of the cleanest Tops Ive been in. Many of them are okder, this this one is definitely newer. In general, for pricing, sometimes places like Aldis beats them with cost, but as far as grocery shopping goes, its a clean, great place to shop!

No pharmacy, but a nice location. Pretty small but so is the town so it makes sense. I do like that its 24/7 since mostly everything else in Spencerport closes early. The staff is very nice as well.
