Wegmans is synonymous with class. Wegmans is a classy store to me. Pricey? Not if you have Wegmans shoppers card. I love the fresh fruits and vegetables. I like the set up and layout of the store. It is 8 miles from where I live. The staff is helpful with any question I may have. The food and beverage assortment is good. The staff keep the shelves full. I dont have to wait in long lines to cash out my groceries. Parking is available at all times of the day. Brockport Wegmans Pharmacy is outstanding, from the efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable Pharmacy technicians, to the knowledgeable Pharmacists, who will take their time with you to answer any questions, via over the phone or in person. They have answered my questions and helped me to understand them. Customer service is great, available, helpful, and efficient. They have a good card display section, magazine section and office supply section. Their general merchandise is quality, not cheap junk. Fresh flowers are fresh, maybe a little expensive, but again, a good assortment is offered. I noticed that on a Saturday, a week or so ago, there were some small food stands set up for the customers. There was a nice crowd around them, and they were well run. I wont grocery shop anywhere else. I wont use any other pharmacy but Wegmans. Kudos to Brockport Wegmans. Thank you for always making my shopping experience great/ wonderful. Your the best.

They have pretty much everything you might need. A great place to find gifts. Foods of all sorts, also frozen foods, shoes, animal food etc., electronics, lawn and garden, crafts, kid toys, stuffed animals, games, baby items (even cribs) and baby clothes, cooking supplies, seasonal items, purses, jewelry, household items, bedding and pillows, fishing supplies and licenses, ours has a Subway inside, and a hair salon, and more. Our family seems to go once every week or 2. People say its cheep stuff and they avoid it. But, if they went in to one Wal-Mart super store they would leave with several items. Try it.

If youre looking for a brand that isnt wegmans, steer clear. I moved into the wegmans desolace from the south, these folks wouldnt know customer service if it hit them in the jiblets. i think everyone in the north believes bananas are supposed to be green. all their produce is 2-3 weeks away from being ripe. if there are only 3-4 apples (or any item) left and you ask if they have more, they point to the display. sorry duder, i dont want your dilapidated fruit, im asking if you have MORE, not any.

Staff is helpful no matter what age they are. Wegmans can always be counted on to have fresh delicious produce at fair prices. There are plenty of cashiers who are always busy but keep their lines moving. In other words the wait is very minimal and tolerable no matter what time of day. The pharmacy is decent and convenient for new or refill prescriptions. I have never seen privacy practices overlooked during any drop off or pickup.

I live in Niagara County and there is not a Wegmans close to my home. However, I drive to Brockport to do my major shopping because they have the best selections of meat, produce and cheese products. I also think their name brands are better than the national brands. You cannot beat Wegmans customer service and products anywhere.

This Wegmans is my local Wegmans and like any other Wegmans it is amazing only downside is parking always has lousy in the way that I have to park towards the back of the parking lot and our Wegmans is a little outdated has a vintage look.
