Very bad. The first time I ordered a sub from the deli, no problem, it tasted great. The second time we called, they said 30 minutes but, took an hour for 4 subs. That was ok because subs still tasted great. So I decided we would try for a 3rd. That was a mistake. We ordered 4 subs and 2 fries they said 30 minutes but, this time they took hour and a half. When my wife got there 45 minutes after ordering the sub rolls were just sitting on the counter toasted like we asked but it looked like they had been laying there for a while. She waited for the subs to be completed paid for them and came home (5 minute drive.) We sat down to eat and This is where I got really mad. First, the sub rolls were different. We asked for Costanzos rolls but, got something else. And yes, the rolls we got were toasted but left out for while before the subs were made which make them hard and crusty like unflavored croutons. Also the fries were cold and hard like they were a hour or more old. Tops has been great to me at other locations thats why I keep coming back the food is always fresh. Just not here.

Stay out of this store. This is the worst Topps anywhere. Day in and day out nothing but bare shelves. Bonus sale items always out of stock. Routine items like bread, milk and eggs in short supply or gone by early afternoon. Once you find only half the things you need expect a long wait checking out. Only one or two checkout lanes ever open. They want you to just give up and use the self-checkout machines. Expect a long line there as well. Machines are very quirky and annoying. It’s a small town and this is the only game in town that sells name brand products. They don’t give one damn about customer service. If Walmart or Wegman’s were to open here this place would go out of business in a day. Get what you can at the Save A Lot down the street. Well stocked shelves and check out in a timely manner.

This place is a joke, I literally just called there for the first time to order pizza. I called at 5:42pm then got transfered, at 5:53pm the woman that transfered me came back on the line and said keep on hanging on then at 6pm she came back on saying I guess no one wants to answer. What a joke! walk over the there and have someone answer! I will never call them again!!!

My family went camping in Gainesville and foolishly made the decision to buy groceries here after we arrived. Ive never been to a more overpriced store in my life. I felt physically ill when I was done shopping because of what things cost.

Just sat at the deli for 10-15 mins to order some chicken and not 1 of the 3 girls asked me what I wanted. They went to 3 other customers but completely ignored means I was standing right at the counter and the glass where the meats were.

Only local store open late with groceries other than convenient store. The local Walmart is not a Super center. Good selection, lines can get a bit long sometimes. Good beer selections.

Only go there on desperate need its not the store just tops on general is expensive. They have gimic sales that are not actual deals they just want you to think your getting a good deal
