There was a cashier, Michelle (middle-aged woman), who was completely professional and polite despite the very rude customer that was in front of me in line. The woman told Michelle that she made a remark that was offensive (which Michelle did not) and went right to the front desk to complain. I couldnt go through the rest of my day without writing Michelle an excellent review and thanking her for her outstanding customer service. I called Wegmans as soon as I got home to let someone at the front desk know but I figured a written review would great as well. So, thank you Michelle and keep doing what you do!!

If you like Wegmans, you know that some are better than others. This location is older, smaller and has some rough edges, but the core products are mostly available. That said, it has a more limited selection than some of the newer stores in the suburbs. This is especially noticeable in fresh produce and meats, seafood and hot bar departments. While its fine for doing most of your shopping, you may want to try a newer and larger location for any of the specialty items that are advertised in their magazine. Still a much better alternative to the Tops Market across the road, however.

Ive been shopping here since it opened across the street. I am a bonafide "Wegmans ONLY" customer, going between this store and the McKinley Mall. My only complaint is that its not a superstore, and brands change from store to store sometimes. Wegmans has great produce, friendly employees, and is laid out well. They have a wonderful little salad bar and bar non Wegmans West Seneca has the best cheese pizza on the planet.

It breaks my heart that Wegmans isnt in Canada. Its a grocery store done right; amazing subs (Dannys Favorite is incredible!!) and takeaway food options, balloons and stickers as well as a playspace for kids, incredible selection of food etc, good prices, clean stores, friendly staff, completely full service..really nothing like it...would never go to another grocery store if there were locations in Canada.

I cant help but to give Wegmans five stars - the produce is wonderful, the whole place is clean, and they have everything you could possibly need as far as groceries/misc goes. I buy sushi from here at least three times a week, and I do all of my grocery shopping here. I used to shop at TOPS -- what was I thinking? The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices are decent. I love this place.

This is definitely one of the lesser Wegmans when it comes to Chinese food and the salad bar. I come here a lot because my jobs right around the corner. The pickings are slim if your looking for a healthy lunch. The sushis okay and the grocery section is still Wegmans so the selection is better than any other store in the area. Also the soups are kinda bland and greasy.

Wegmans is a customer oriented store that has a broad appeal. Fresh produce, the best in the Buffalo metro area, and a wide variety of goods from many countries. The service is the best! They focus on you, the consumer, as their top priority. They have a fantastic cooked food section that provides ready to eat meals that are delicious and wallet friendly. Well done!

The store itself is good but the pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are so incompetent I had to call my own insurance company and get all my information to pass along to wegmans orchard park roads employees. Every time I fill here there is a problem with something. Im taking my business to another location.

I love Wegmans out of all the grocery stores in the area its my favorite. The store is always clean, easy to navigate, and helpful staff. The pharmacy is great too. Ive had some problems since switching my insurance and they were extremely helpful in getting things done so I didnt go without my medications.

Best wegmans in the south towns! Dont go in the early afternoon on weekends since this place turns into a zoo with all the people. Best time to go is during Bills games since its only 2 miles from the stadium. Some things are a bit pricey. Make sure you do your research and consider your alternatives.

Their was a nice young man by the name of Henry. I was trying to find simply potatoes and he stopped what he was doing and walked me over to the item, but you were out and he suggested your store brand. That was great customer service. Great job wegmans for having a helpful young man.

Store in West Seneca needs earlier set up..in store bakery..Produce set up not good..always "out of" fresh escarole, parsley NEEDS WORK..Cashiers are great, friendly efficient..New eyes need in store. Customer service desk very nice staff, helpful..Paula..great..

I go there regularly and feel like its a friendly, reliable place to go. When I give them suggestions- in their suggestion- box they often call me to give me a reply. Its quite obvious that their employees are happy and try to make sure the customers are too.

A family friendly environment for shopping if either by urself or with family..if u need help there is always some there asking u....they will help u find anything u need...oh and subs delish...pizza...omg...sushi....mouth watering

This is by far my favourite supermarket. Normally I wouldnt care that much about this kind of store but every time I come here Im pleased. They have a great vegan and gluten free selection. The customer service is fantastic

Cheese selection is nice, but the other local Wegmans have more. I love shopping here. The food quality is better, and the prices are very competitive. I prefer here to ANY other chain.

Picked up Rx. Visit ok. Went to McKinley Wegmans first because their seeded rye bread tastes so much better and bought the majority of my groceries there.

I bought wegmans subs for dinner. I usually LOVE their subs, but the bread was hard and stale and the lettuce and tomato were old --- very disappointed

Their items are priced fairly low, & the atmosphere is rather pleasant. In most cases, their regular priced items are cheaper than Tops Sale items.

Typical Wegmans, one of the best supermarket chains in the country. Dont bother with the subs but if you are hungry get any of the premade meals.
