I love this store. Dogs welcomed of course. You can come Im and play with all the babies (puppies). I have been buying pet supplies from them for over a year. I love the free delivery. The same employees have been there pretty much since they open. These people truly love animals. They have the holistic pets food and products (the healthier foods for your pets), doggy daycare, grooming, training classes for puppies and pet photography. My two favorite spots in Downtown Miami are this place (Animal Crackers) and Flossies.

I have two big dogs ( Rotti & Great Dane) Animal Crackers has a fantastic array of pet products . Their delivery service is amazing , call in the morning get delivery by the afternoon. If they are ever out of stock they will place an order FOR YOU . They dont carry what you are looking for , let them know and they will try to get it for you.....AND the best part ,are their prices!!!!! Not the insane Beach prices!!!! #lovethem

Ive been a customer for over a year now and I can honestly say Ive never worked with people who love pets as much as these folks. JJ personally delivers frozen, raw food to my kitties (hes the only one in the city who carries the brand they like) and gives great advice re: treats, substitutes, etc. Cant beat the free delivery with a smile, either! And he gets me their food in less than 24 hours every time.

John and Jason are awesome! Ive used their free delivery service twice now and am definitely a fan! They even went above and beyond today getting my delivery out to coral gables in the rain! Really awesome!!! They also carry Farm Fresh raw chicken, which I love to mix in with Origen dog food for my American Bully Mix. Thanks for being awesome guys!!! +++FREE DELIVERY!!!! Yay!

Great spot for doggy grooming and healthy pet food/supplements. As a dog trainer, I get a lot of feedback from clients about groomers and pet stores and every one of my clients who has gone to Animal Crackers absolutely loves it. They treat every dog that comes through their doors like a 1st class customer. My dog Nitro always enjoys going there!

Great spot for high end and good pet food. Weve been buying our dry food here for at least 2 years. They are comparable to Amazon and other delivery services. They offer same day delivery if you order by a certain time. Plus, the staff is very knowledgeable in terms of recommending the right food for your pet.

This shop is the best. Perfect location in the middle of downtown Miami, family owned and operated. Love going in, saying hello to JJ and the staff and purchasing a few organic snacks for my pug. The interior is welcoming and setup perfectly for doggies to run around and get into shenanigans.

This place is great, the owner JJ is almost always there taking care of everything and the whole staff is awesome! Been taking my dog there every week for the past 2 years or so: everybody asks me where I take him when they see him. Never had any issue of any kind.

DO NOT bring your dog for a spa day here unless, of course, you want your dog to have open wounds. This place is run by savages who will mistreat your baby. Will be reaching out to my lawyer to get this placed fined and hopefully closed down. Horrible savages.

Great guys but they have no clue about grooming. Gave my cocker spanield a Schnauzer cut and he looks ridiculous. Puzzled how they could SHAVE a dog with a beautiful coat and not even ask $#@&$&#

BEWARE - this store cut my dog in two different areas. One cut was on his paw and another above his mouth. My dog was limping for approximately two weeks before it properly healed.
