I went there because they had a better price on Cub Cadets than Lowes or Home Depot. I had a few questions and was referred to four different associates over the course of three hours. No one knew anything about the riding mowers they sold each person just said they guy you want to talk to is xxxx and I would have to wait for them to be available just to tell me they didnt know anything about the mowers either. Reluctantly I still gave them $1600 for the mower and left the store confident that I knew more than all of them. Ive been back and just start chatting with other customers if I have questions. The crew there sucks.

My car battery died in the parking lot. The manager tried to jump me from his truck, but my battery was so covered in acid and old that it wouldnt hold a charge. Later, when another employee came in, we bought a battery and he installed it for us. The same manager that helped me earlier gave him the break to do it. There are still good people in this world. They helped me in a time of great stress. Wonderful prices on pet supplies as well!

Made purchase earlier in the week - gallon of paint, did not cover very good, after three coats in test area. Returned it, was given a fuul refund and help me find what I did need to do my project. Employees were very knowledgeable, project near completion, very happy with the service I recieved and the results on the project.

Learn how to answer the phone when a customer calls. Being put on hold twice for 10 minutes both times is unacceptable. Especially for someone thats looking to spend $1200-$1500 but I guess thats not important too you.

Messy store . Stuff blocked isles . Shelves a mess. Food on the floor not swept up!! Been just a mess for a while. What is going on over there?? Used to like to shop there but man its just a pit now!
