I try not to leave bad reviews, but the veterinarians at this petsmart are idiots. I honestly wonder if they are trained at all. The worst time was when the veterinarian came in the check-up room and right away, without introducing herself or anything, immediately goes down and tries to touch our dogs stomach and then is surprised when he growled at her! How do you work with animals everyday and dont even know how to interact with a dog for the first time? On the other hand, I really did like their puppy programs and our puppy trainer Leslie was FANTASTIC, whom is the only reason I left 2 stars instead of 1.

Ive never had any issues at this PetSmart. They have the pet foods and products I use in stock all the time and the prices are reasonable. I love watching the "rescue" animals at play (but Ive already rescued 2 cats, and I cant reasonably care for any others.) Ive had to make use of their vet service once (and it wasnt a happy outcome, but she was an older dog.) Considering the unfortunate result of that visit, the vet staff were caring, understanding, and patient.

I think if someone wants to get a job that pays good wages they should get an education instead of expecting a job that is for a high school kid to pay them so they can make a career out of it, retail and fast food are not careers, get a career job and quit whining for higher wages for these types of jobs its only gonna ruin the economy worse!

We needed an emergency very visit for our puppy that was very ill with parvo. Dr O treated is with deep respect and compassion and worked with us to help out for friend get well again.

Pretty much everything pets you could need. However understaffed seriously horrible. Can never find help and the lines are wicked long.

Good staff. Never an issue. More expensive then other places to buy food at. They More so lean towards dogs then cats.
