Love this place! Great variety of anything you could imagine as far as plants, decorations, landscaping, pet supplies, pets, and smart staff with various high points. I go there at least once a week to pick up a rat for my python and they know me by name. Always polite, educated, and patient. There is thousands of different fish to make your tank at home a masterpeice. Dog treats that are home made and in such a cute array of colors, shapes and flavors. Natural dog and cat foods for your loved one. :) Just all together great service and supply!

I bought (rent to own) a water system from this company. The service and installation was less than adequate. They did make that right after some difficulty. But, when I called to get the balance on my rent to own agreement, they couldnt seem to answer me, claiming they would have to "figure it out" by adding up all of my payments. Whats to say I havent paid too much already? Honestly, if you cant keep current track of customers payments you need to upgrade your system. Absolutely ridiculous!

The staff at this store are wonderful. I love their variety of treats, products and pets! The pets are always healthy and the staff are very knowledgable about the pets they sell. Compared to Petco, they raise much healthier animals, which are raised locally and often in the store. Prices are often very reasonable.
