I came here to buy one of those polaroid cameras. I called the store to make sure that they had it and they told me they had them in stock. So I went to this store and I looked for it and I couldnt find it. Then, I asked a worker to look in the back since there werent any. He went in and checked and they didnt have it. I get that sometimes they run out of things but it would be nice if I didnt have to waste my time if people who worked there actually looked and see if they had them in stock. It was a complete waste of my time. Workers there also roll their eyes on you.

This was actually the first Toys R Us I visited to try to track down a Celebi plush toy for the 20th Pokémon Anniversary. When I was asking about it, the girl that helped me let me know that she had tried to search inventory for other people earlier in the day so I didnt waste my time driving to a ton of stores trying to find a very difficult to find item. Excellent customer service overall. Their parking lot is a little goofy being positioned on the corner, but its not too difficult to park.

Went on black Friday expecting this to me the worst experience of my life and ended up leaving so pleased! Most of the toys I was looking for where not in the shelves anymore, but one employee helped us every time to find all of the items we were looking for with a friendly attitude. In addition, the cashier was very nice and helpful and even the manager greeted us as we were leaving. Im not close to this location, but prefer to come to this one.

Came in yesterday to make a return and had a very friendly experience with the lady helping us (Didnt catch her name). What was particularly impressive was Kathleens customer service. We were looking for something and couldnt find it, she helped us find its location (it was out of stock), she looked in the back, and even offered to order it to be sent to our home. She was very friendly and helpful. Would return to this location again.

The manager with the glasses will coupon lawyer you until you give up and buy it online. Which I highly recommend, this store is dirty and the employees do not seem to care. Except for the aforementioned manager, who seems to take pleasure in finding new and innovative ways to disregard corporate policy. If you have to shop at a location, go to the one on Touhy, its in much better shape and the employees actually want to help.

The employees and management are so rude! They cant even handle simple tasks like giving you your merchandise! Then when you complain about how rude the cashier was.... some teenager who thinks shes the be all end all the manager Rebekah tells the costumer that their delusional. I will never ever give this location a good rep ever and i will never be doing business with them ever again! Theyre incompetent scumbags!

I love Toys r Us, always have and always will. But the employees here should be ashamed of themselves. Its a disaster in the store, everything is a mess and they all congregate in the aisle bullshitting rather than cleaning. Take some pride in yourself and what you do. Its a bit further off, but head to the Schaumburg location, they are a much cleaner, much more organized store.

When I was a kid, Toys R Us was a treat to shop at. At some point, they decided to understaff with minimum wage help. Then aisles got overcrowded and cluttered, and it became close to impossible to find things. Now I shop at the Lego Store, Target, or online. Occasionally we get a gift card, and I am once again reminded why I dont like to shop here.

Never come here again I went to shop for my daughter power wheel car. While in the store someone scratch my car I ask them for the store video to see who did it. They tell me it broken I bet you if someone steal their stuff it wont be broken lol. And the store price is higher then online pricing too. This place is no good never come again.

ToysRUs combined with BabysRUs... the store is looking a little old, but the selection was pretty good. The lego section was very well stocked and they had some items I havent even seen on amazon. Ironically we were looking for a gigantic rubber ball for my wifes coaching class... no luck. They had just about everything else though!

Tried calling multiple times to see if they had an item in stock, however, no one picked up the phone. Had to Listen to some lengthy recording about how their staff "relentlessly" wants to meet the needs of families. Why not pick up the phone for starters? That may be the first step in providing basic customer service.

Normally have a great experience here. Odd that when I asked an employee if they carry an item he sent me to customer service to find out as he didnt know. But when Ive asked about items in the past a radio call sufficed. Still a great place to shop for all kids items

Worst service ever. Sales associate could not be bothered to get up and help us around the store to find items for a gift just pointed in the general area. We did not want to bother her anymore so we ended up walking out without buying anything.

I was there for black Friday, it was not a frenzy, but it was really crowded, but the staff really managed to be polite and helpful and the toys were not too expensive, glad I made that choice

Its a simple Toys R Us with a Babys R Us. Prices are a bit high but you get to come in and physically see the items. Location is a bit hard to get to, but does have multiple entrances.

Store is a complete mess. Staff are nowhere to be found and when you do track one down they have no clue about anything. Selection is awful and distributed randomly around the store.
