I have found the staff at the Gurnee Mills Toys R Us store to be so very helpful. I had a "Miracle on 34th Street" moment last Christmas during a driving snowstorm. I had a cartful of toys to send to my grandchildren but I couldnt find a specific toy my oldest grandson had requested. The clerk who helped me (oh how I wish I could remember her name) tried to find it, but they were out of stock. She told me she knew that Walmart had the toy in stock. I almost hugged her, I was so grateful. I was able to finish my shopping and get home before the roads became impassable.

Great selection, & VERY helpful staff. I must add on the past 3 visits of mine, I was helped by "Debbie" & she rocks! Knows what Im talking about, knows where to walk me to, and if its not on the shelf, she radios help immediately. And that makes this hard-to-please customer a repeat

The store was messy. The cashier acted like a didnt want to be there. No one offered any help. When entering the store the service desk snapped "hello". Not very friendly. If I could of gone elsewhere I would have. Only they had what I was looking for.

I use to work there were and it was bad and i smash my middle finger in the cart it was bad and they try to get me to lift box up and i dont like when they do that

Called the store spoke to a girl named Laura she took the time to go to the figure aisle and see if they had a specific one. Great attitude great help.

I could get cheaper stuff at walmart or target. If they call themselves toysrus, they should at least have cheaper stuff.

It has all the toys a kid could want. Its a little hard to find, off in the corner near Gurnee, but a good store.
