If I could give 0 stars, I would. Advice, dont get their mystery boxes especially. So I saw them at Anime Expo and I was so upset with the mystery box I received for $60+tax. I got an iPhone 4 case, which is clearly really old. I honestly think something that old should at least not be allowed and the other items were completely horrible as well -- things Im sure thats found in the dollar store such as a miniature puzzle and a bogus magic kit with cheap parts. Not only that, but my "mega item" they call, had a damaged box and they showed no sympathy, no apology at all. Just a shrug. While there may be a few lucky, there are so many people around the con who thought the same. They received a damaged items as well. The items I received was more than just what I could dislike, just complete garbage. At least the worker seemed nice, but the manager not so much. Really the only good thing I got was a Petes Dragon pop figure...which is probably around $12 honestly. Hopefully people wont make the same mistake as I did to ever buy something from them. Reading other reviews, it looks like a lot of people get damaged items as well, even more unlucky ones with their actual item damaged without remorse.

DO NOT BUY HERE I ordered a costume from halloween 2016 online . It didnt came on time for holloween n I ordered it like 3 week prior a mean things from China come in 2 week and this company is in the states n it took that long so I send out a dispute with them that never mind I dont want it you guys did not fulfill the shipping time promised to me they said ok find refuse it let the post office send it back n we give you a refund n this was 3 weeks before Halloween it was sent back the 2nd of November 2016 now its January 2017 and I still have not received my refund. These slimes piece of $¥£& are conartist very rude n unprofessional even if its one dollar Im gonna post all over this n how rude the representatives was in the emails all over the net n also dispute the charge with my bank because the post office said the items was return to the company but yet yall still cant give me my god damn refund

Absolutely terrible company! DO NOT ORDER! I ordered a costume from them and it did not fit. I personally paid for shipping to return it which I did THREE business days after receiving it. I waited for over a week to get my refund, I had to contact them to ask what was going on?? They stated that the returns department said it had been worn with no details on how that is so? The costume came on a Saturday evening and I tried it on and it did not fit. I returned it that Thursday with priority shipping. When the hell would I have had time to wear it? This company is an disgrace, and I am disputing this charge. Do yourself a favor and dont order from these scam artists with terrible terrible customer service

Great customer service. I purchased a few items from their store through another distributor. The other distributor could not give me expedited shipping, but I called Toynks customer service and they made sure that I was able to get expedited shipping for my items. The rep, Erica, called the distributor and then called me back that same day once she was able to get a hold of them. I appreciated their kindness and prompt service. Thank you specifically to Erica and Brittney!

They are absolutely terrible. I would not waste your money here. I bought a $35 "anime" blind box from this company and all it had in it was a Robin ugly doll (from Batman, not an anime), a broken cowboy bebop tumbler, and some small kitschy items. They were obviously using the blind boxes as an opportunity to unload unwanted stock on people who were buying their product in good faith. Do not buy from them and support their unscrupulous buisness practices.

Horrible company. I ordered a toy for Christmas on Dec 15th and it never showed up. I had to scrabble last minute. After acknowledgement of it not showing by them, they promised refund. It never showed up either. It is now March 3rd and I have written them for the last time. I HATE dishonest businesses like this. I would avoid at all cost !! I am on my way to Illinois to have a chat with them personally if they do not repay. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Beware of this company they sent me a ripped costume and said if I really needed it before Halloween I should re purchase the item and pay next day air shipping! Haha horrible customer service should report them to the bbb they placed me on hold multiple times for 20-30 min intervals Walmart should not be affiliated with this junk company! Im so furious right now!!! It seems Im one of a few with a costume issue from this nightmare of a company!!!

Very nice people and got what I needed in a very timely fashion!!! Remember if you need something quick (like me) you have to pay for next day shipment. Once they ship it, its outta their hands, so dont wait last minute or youll pay an extra $40 bucks like me. Their customer service was great! I needed my costume by tomorrow and with paying for the quick mail, I have it, it fits, and when I had a question they were more than happy to help.

I would like to have 0 stars, but its not possible. As a dropshipper/wholesaler purchasing through Toynk, Ive received NO service, even though my items have just been "pending fullfillment" for the last week. Ive attempted multiple times to contact my account rep., but he has yet to reply. Then when i tried to use the contact form on their website, it did not work. So if you plan to sell through them, be warned.

I really cant even begin to tell you what a disaster my experience with Toynk Toys has been. Between delayed shipping, the wrong item sent, and the complete and total inability to contact anyone in customer service during regular business hours (despite repeated attempts using every means possible), its clear that Toynk Toys is simply just another internet company that I in no way desire to business with again.

Ordered costumes for my boys with 3-5 day shipping. When I tracked my order it said it would arrive in 6 business days. So I emailed them so I could hopefully have the issue resolved and they said I could return the items if I didnt need them still. Wtf?? Really?? I ordered them for a reason and chose the appropriate shipping time. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! will never use this company again.

Toynk Toy Store is very close to me so i just visit the store vs. buying online from them & have always had a great experience! Their actual storefront is a bit small but they had no problem going back into the warehouse to retrieve the item i was looking for

Terrible company. They were overdue with my halloween custome for this yesterday, and then after 3 days delayed they cancelled the orders without any valid explanations or emails about it. thanks Toynk! Amazing job. -_________-

I paid extra for faster shipping. I had a day of leeway in the unforeseen circumstance that the item would be late. I got ripped off the extra money I forked over for faster shipping and Amazon was no help.
