I went into the orange city store (only because I was on that side of town) due to an issue I was having with a phone I purchased the day before. DWAYNE is a deplorable character, he has no customer service and is definitely in the wrong line of business. My 3 year old had to restroom, unfortunately DWAYNE was the closest AT&T employee to me. When I asked if there was a restroom we could use, the man didnt even raise his head up to address me. He just pointed to the back of the store and continue doing what he was doing. I was in the store over an hour when a different employee could not figure out the issue on my phone. DWAYNE was asked to assist...thats when my headache started. He is rude and disrespectful, to the point where I had to tell him to get someone else to assist me. I WILL NOT recommend anyone to this location!

Nobody EVER answers the phone at this store. The menu and lack of personal interaction is deplorable. People like to speak with someone and when you press zero several times, it should get to a representative regardless.. I hope they change this terrible impersonal practice and become a little more hands on... Will update later after I go to the store. I hope its better than the phone service.

This is by far one of the worst at&t retail stores i have ever been to, terrible customer service and almost zero knowledge of their products and services. Mind you this isnt a complaint because I couldnt get my bill lowered or something i was simple trying to get information about their at&t life services and how it would affect my current bill.

Excellent store! The representatives are very helpful and knowledgeable and provided me with excellent service. I had a problem with my Galaxy s3 - I had some sort of downloading error that wouldnt go away - but the rep had fixed it in no time. Store looks amazing inside and out. Highly recommend this store to those who live close to Orange City!

They do not answer the phone. At all. Ever. I know that most of the time when Im directed by 611 customer service to go to a store, it has to be a company store, and even then most of the time its BS and the store doesnt/cant/wont help. I called several times. At several different times and they were definitely open. Never answer, ever.

I swear, for people who are supposed to be naturally smart, and highly educated, they sure do not know how to talk to normal every day clients. You know the ones, been with AT&T 18 years and just needed to talk about whats new. Besides that, I think the way they service their clients, standing up, is just demeaning their customers.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I have an att account and sent my husband 20 miles to this store and they would not help him get his number ported to my account AFTER I HAD ALREADY CHANGED MY PLAN TO ACCOMIDE HIS PHONE! THEY JUST DONT LISTEN AND ONLY GIVE YOU CANNED ANSWERS!!!!!!!!!!! GONNA CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT PROVIDER AFTER THIS!

Horrible service. Was given wrong info and when attempting to turn back to fix. The rep, "Ben" wouldnt open the door because it was exactly 8:00 pm. The closing time. The right thing to do would be to assist even if it is 1 min past closing. Horrible store, bad management.

So for three days Ive had to go in and stand for 30+ minutes and hear bs line after bs line as to why I cant buy a phone with cash and have my phone number transferred. We do exactly what they ask us to do and still cant get them to do a simple upgrade.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with AT&T. The sales rep was very pushy, and just wanted to sell the phone and tack on all these expensive features. Ended up going to my local store in Deltona and was much happier.
