Like the new feature on their website that lets me estimate how much of a particular fabric they will have before I leave the house. I usually dont shop at this one but the ones on my side of town were lower stock of the fabric I wanted so I drove the 45min to this one (with a side-trip to Microcenter and Half-Priced Books, because Im crafty AND nerdy).

I am here very often getting supplied for cosplay and painting projects. I live that there are coupons often available too help reduce the cost of the purchases. The people there are very friendly set least the ones Ive done into contact with..Im not sure how they are with specialty items.

Usually when I go there Im not really happy with customer service. They are friendly but I wouldnt say that they are too helpful. One lady is amazing, I wish I knew her name and her work schedule so I could shop there only when she is available ! Other than that its bad or average.

I like to see, and for this area its the only fabric store around. I do like the variety of craft item available and the coupons are great when you can use them. Most things are usually on sale. The sales representatives are always very nice and helpful.

Their selection is sporadic. You can expect to find the items youre looking for, buy possibly in only 2-3 colors. But their staples of fabrics and mainstream crafts (yarn, beads, etc) are always available.
