Went in to Sebring FL TO GET I phone Feb 16, 2015. Started out with a knowledgeable young man Richard. Some one else came in with an issue, "newbie" Matthew could not handle. Richard asked me if i would allow Matthew to help me, assuring me he would take GOOD CARE of me. I said okay. Matthew had trouble with EVERY step of the process as my misgivings grew. Constantly seeking Richards input, who was no wrapped up in a phone swap issue. I waited and waited (2 hours total) and was pretty disgusted at being pushed aside, while Richard helped someone who came in AFTER me. Feb 20 I call about my phone, should be in today or Monday, im told. Meanwhile i have ordered business cards with my NEW# and have given them to my associates. I find out my number belongs to SOME ACTIVE account, call and ask them to check the number. NO CALL BACK. Feb 23 go into office, and my phone CANT BE FOUND AND Matthew (the moron) transposed the numbers. Now I have NO PHONE, WORTHLESS BUSINESS CARDS AND A TOTALLY Fed up order. Name AND Address on my account is also WRONG!! REALLY?!? DONT BELIEVE THIS CAN BE FIXED!!!

In planning a visit to this ATT store in Sebring on a Sunday, I wondered what hours it would be open. This is where I love to use the Google Maps app. In addition to finding the business on a Map, you will find the hours of operation for each day of the week. There may also be a website link for more information or tap on phone symbol to place a call. Check ATT out or one of one of your other favorite businesses. Also, if on a smartphone or tablet, Tap on the Street View image and slide your finger around the screen. Note you can see nearby businesses, look up or down or pinch/expand to zoom the image. Went into Sebring store this morning to pay a friends bill. 2 employees, six customers, no customer service counter. When I asked an employee if I needed to make an appointment to pay a bill, he said "yes I could" when I asked for an afternoon appointment he replied "we dont make appointments, if you cant wait, drive back and forth from your home(I live 10 miles away) for the rest of the day until you see we are not busy and we will take your money at that time." Then proceeded to very smartly tell me to have a nice day. AT&T SUCKS!

We stopped to discuss the possibility of looking into the Direct TV ATT $99 offer and this lady was sitting at her desk resting her head in her hand. She was clueless about the offer and started looking out on the internet all the while resting her head on her hand and arm. Terrible lack of professionalism. I Will stay with Sprint and switch my tv to Dish!!!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Extremely long wait time. They usually only have one person working. Absolutely ridiculous. I came in to get a screen protector on my phone and the girl doing it just complained about how bad she was at doing it the entire time.

Always a long wait for people who just dont know what theyre doing. Tried to tell me I needed to delete apps on my phone that are part of the operating system, which cant be deleted. Ran out of options so gave me a new SIM card.

This place is a definite do not go. The staff and management are plain rude and uncaring. The line is outrageous and the problems they will create will linger for months to come. GO TO A COMPANY OWNED STORE. Its worth the drive.
