2 out of 3 times Ive visited the managers pant zipper has been open, lets start with that.Dealing with Tmobile in store reps are 100 percent more knowledgable, friendlier, and willing to help. Ive made two visits to this location to terminate and pay for my service and term fees. Still after trying to pay I recieve another bill. On this third visit I find it hopeless to get the necessary information to feel confodent that my service is cancelled and my debts are settled. Mind you I have been dealing with the newly hired manager of this store. He admitted he misinformed us, hollowed apologies, and recognized his poor communication. I will continue to demote ATTs customer service and refer everyone to TMobile. Hopefully I will never have to deal with ATT again and anyone who has to go in a store. I WARN YOU DONT COME HERE. If you do deal with the employees not the manager!

I have never experienced worse customer service than at this store. they royally messed up my account when trying to add a line to my plan, just to earn a little extra commission. three weeks latter and my new phone still cannot use data despite my repeated visits to this location and calling customer service. fortunately I have a friend who is a long time ATT employee who was able to help straighten out my account for the most part. my return visits to this store were met with rudeness and hostility. I will not be doing business and this location ever again. bet careful

I signed up for an AT&T account here because they said they could offer me a corporate employee discount of 24%. They also stated that the discount would take effect in about 2 billing cycles. 2 months later, I called back and they said theyve just sent out the paperwork for the discount YESTERDAY!!! Now I have to wait another 2 billing cycles for the discount! Sales rep addressed the issue with a careless and irresponsible attitude!

Worst experience at a phone store in my life. Go to an actual AT&T store. This one is only an authorized retailer. The employees including their manager are unprofessional and immature kids. They also are incompetent and have no idea what they are doing. Spent 5+ hours trying to fix the mistakes they made with AT&T customer service. Seriously if you see this store, run!

I recently went into the corporate store on Bennett and east colonial and was treated horribly, I wasnt greeted and when I did talk to someone they were in a rush to move me through. Took my business to this store and everyone in their was very knowledgeable and answered every question. The new staff is amazing !
