I broke my glasses and needed a replacement quickly. I walked into this place and asked them to read the prescription from my old glasses and they lied to my face, saying that would be "illegal" and pushing me to make an appointment with their doctor. So I went down the street to Grand Spectacle and they were happy to do it. Got great quality replacements from them in no time with no hassle.

Worst service ever! Treat you condescendingly, like you barely deserve to be talking to them... from the front office to the back. Screwed me over on billing. BE SURE you are covered, BEFORE you talk to them... better yet dont talk to them at all!
