Just moved down to Palm Beach and have been looking for a bike shop for quite a while. Between shotty work and random charges I hadnt had much luck with honest work. I gave Powersports of Palm Beach a call and Tonny (the owner) told me to come on down. He checked out the work I needed and quoted me an extremely fair price. After the work was done there were no hidden charges, but plenty of expert advice. I was pleasantly surprised by how much the owner knew about my bike and the advice he had offered, plus the quality work. I will most definitely make this my regular shop and urge you to look into doing the same. Cant beat this kind of service, and considering all of the staff are ridiculously knowledgeable and friendly you wont want to bother taking your bike somewhere else. Their front shop though small, is full of eye candy. From little dirt bikes to an early model GSXR hanging out in the lounge youll feel right at home if youre a grease monkey like myself. 10/10 Owner of a 1990 ZX-10 Kawasaki Ninja 1000cc *cough* should have bought a honda *cough*

I moved down to Florida and Ive been dealing with Powersports of Palm Beach for several months. I purchased a bike from there as well at a heck of a deal! However my hat is off to the staff and techs there, these guys (Tony, Anthony, Cliff, Will, Dave, Tee) and gal (Stacey) are the greatest with helping you out anyway possible and keeping you informed and up to date when it comes to keeping your bike well mantained and serviced. When it comes to tires and parts from what Ive experienced with these guys has been unbelievable at the discounted prices. Also, they will literally go out their way to please you the customer. Tony traveled about 25 miles (one way) when my sons bike broke down side the road with a clutch issue, fixed it there on the spot...AT NO CHARGE..who or what shop does that??? Great bunch of guys, always friendly and ready to serve...Thanks to all of you at POWERSPORTS OF PALM BEACH.

Id love to tell this story from beginning to end about the service and the knowledge Ive been provided by Tony and David even the mechanic that performed work on my little demon; however, I know words wont do it justice! Ive received A1 service and communication concerning issues of the bike and plans to what will be done to get her running in pristine condition in which theyve done just that. Not only have they done more than what most shops in the area would, theyve even corrected issues that the bike had even when it was purchased from another location recently, which shows a clear understanding of who is actually looking out for you and truly just wants you to be safe on the equipment made for fun and memories. Wouldnt have gone anywhere else with service such as this... thank you to all of those at 561Powersports!!!!!

I am very satisfied with Powersports of Palm Beach.I took in my 2009 Kawasaki Mule for a noise in my front end when I put it in 4WD. Mechanic Tyler looked underneath and immediately said he knew what the problem was. I thought "wow" that was quick. This was after I had it in another shop for 6 weeks and nothing was fixed. Powersports ordered the part and it took care of the problem. Tyler took the time to go over with me everything he repaired and gave me the old part back. We did have a few problems from them not calling me back when they said they would, but that was made up for by the great service I got from Tyler. I recommend this shop to anyone needing service on your ATV.

It was time for me to sell my motorcycle and close that chapter of my life. After being hassled by Craigs List scammers and low ballers for a month, I was contacted by Tony Mommone (the owner) with a very fair offer for my bike. We spoke for few minutes and agreed on the terms. The next day we met at his place of business and conducted what I could only describe as the smoothest transaction. No hustle, no BS, just two men doing good business. 20 minutes later we parted ways; Tony with my motorcycle and myself with cash in hand. 5 stars! I highly recommend you speak with Tony if youre trying to sell your bike! Also, his selection of used bikes with low millage is impressive!

(2006 Kawi ZX10-R) I dealt with Anthony and Tony (owner) during my time here, and I was surprised by the customer service even more than the work of the shop (which, they do great work) They were polite and understanding, while maintaining the no-nonsense attitude you hope for. I never felt like i was being taken on a run-around and no work was suggested that wasnt needed. Honest group of guys. I got my bike back exactly when they said I would, and they had it running better than it has in a long time. Very happy, reasonable prices, and the guys here will make you feel at home, which is important when youre handing over your prized possession for surgery

I had let my bike sit too long with gas and it clogged up the works. I just picked it up from their shop and it feels like a new bike! Stacy is awesome to deal with and has a really interesting story. By the way, her knowledge of bikes will blow you away. The owner (didnt get his name), is a really cool guy and unassuming. He asked me if I new where the choke was on the bike so thats gotta be comforting for those who dont make riding a big part of their life. Prices are fair. Last thing, this is the only bike shop Ive been to that wipes down the bike after repair. Thats a nice touch. This is now my go to repair shop.

Came to the shop because of problems with my bike without an appointment. They immediately took my bike to the back to fix it shortly after walking through the door. They also instructed me what i can do at home to prevent my bike from having this problem again, walking me through the steps slowly so i would be able to do it on my own. The break pads were replaced as well, and in a matter of minutes i was out of the door. Incredibly friendly and personable staff unlike a lot of other auto shops. they didnt try to sell me anything i didnt need just yet, and were very cost-effective. I would highly recommend.

Since I dont live in Palm Beach County full time, I was looking for a service shop that was responsive and trust-worthy. From my first conversation on the phone with Glenn, to arriving at the shop and meeting the guys here, it was obvious that customer service is important here. They spent the time listening to what I needed and, in addition to a fairly simple tire swap, were able to do extra work that I had been putting off. Its nice to know that there is a reliable, customer friendly, and fair shop in the area. Highly recommend.

All I have to say is wow! I brought in my 1995 Triumph for a new chain and the staff there were great, Glenn who was helping me out at the front was also knowledgeable and respectful, the service staff really know what theyre doing, and I have nothing but good things to say about this place, this is definitely my new, go to bike mechanic. Dont go anywhere else, you wont get better service anywhere! They had me in and out quickly and really work with their clients, 5 stars all around, I repeat, DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!
