DONT RENT FROM HERE! This scooter rental place is a HUGE scam! My group rented 6 scooters for 3 days, and in those 3 days, we had to come back 3-4 times because of mechanical issues with 3 of the scooters. When we returned the scooters, Victoria, the lady who took care of our rental and returns, proceeded to doc a bunch of normal wear and tear scratches that already existed when we rented it out. Scooters were $145 each for 3 day rental and they ended up charging us $230 on one of the scooters and $85 each on 2 other scooters for damage that did not occur during the duration of our rental. Also, to make them less marketable, a parking violation officer started writing us tickets then noticed that two pairs of our scoooters had the same license plate along with unmatching VIN numbers. He mentioned that this company is already in trouble and is under investigation with Miami police. So you know theres something shady about this business. I strictly advise you not to shop for scooters at this place!

Full of scams, AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Our group rented 6 scooters and our problems started just few hours into our 3 day rental. Problems included shutting off while idle/riding, throttle wire popped out (2times), doesnt start, some gauges didnt work at all and identical license plates with different vin #. We found out the hard way from a local Miami PD officer that they were investigating this place. To add to these scams, I pointed out scratches and broken pieces to the girl as she marked it on her sheet and when I returned it she said those werent on there. To sum it all "DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE"

Very bad customer service! We rented 4 scooters and 1 of them kept stopping. The other tire went flat several times. Came to bring them to get looked at and the store was closed at 4 in the evening on the day we rented them! Here to bring them back as I type this review and the place is closed. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Did mention they have a mailbox thts full so you kno they dont check messages and things like that. Im so upset. Ruined our whole vacation .

I bought a I-scoot scooter from this place and it is the worst scooter I have ever bought!! Too slow, the gas gadge does not work, the seat lock screw does not tighten, its falling apart and I only bought it a year ago!! So if you think about buying from this company spend a little more and buy a Honda because u will have nothing but problems!!!

They recomend exactly the places that we wanted to go, the scooters where perfect and in great condition, i recomend this place to every one, i will definitely come back
